How do I get the trial version to show a complete list of Bank feeds, it only shows 6, I want to trial this product to see if it works for me, but it looks like this functionality is crippled in the desktop trial
I have been unable to link my bank account to my account due ton the error message 179 stating that I am logged in to my online banking through another device. I have made sure I've been logged out on all my devices for several hours and I still have seen the same message, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I bank with HSBC who have recently changed their process to log into online banking, which means you have to use your secure key every time you want to log in rather than just your username and password. This meant that I didn't refresh my Quickbooks Self-Employed banking for a little while. I have updated it today and I am missing transactions between 21st August and 1st October. I have tried refreshing my account several times but they aren't appearing. Do you have any suggestions of how to fix this please?
