I use a P&L by class to prepare a monthly report for the board and the charges are not showing.
There are thousands and thousands of 'unbilled expenses' now, which were all billed and repaid in the past. Can't make my customers + vendors inactive with 'unbilled expenses' now showing up. Running the unbilled charges report shows all of the expenses for 25 years that have been repaid to the company. The only help I got from QB help phone call was to delete thousands of individual 'unbilled' charges, which I can't see as the correct answer, as it changes all of the history of the books. Any ideas to hide things that QBO won't let me hide?
Still trying to get QuickBooks set up, and when I linked this account, the transactions only when back to June of last year (which is fine because I've already done my taxes for 2022). But the account balance is way off (shows -14k, when I actually have about 30k available credit), and I want to know how to fix this.

I'm integrating Bank of America with QuickBooks, and among three checking accounts and three credit cards, data sync is happening for all but one credit card for the past six months. I had reissued and reconnected that credit card during that time. I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue.
I was able to re-connect and import 2024, but May 1, 2023 through the end of that year has not imported.
I'm using foreign currencies, and when I try to use Spreadsheet sync to update transactions, I get an Error - The currency and exchange rate are required for transaction in foreign currency. However there is no column to enter the exchange rate. Maybe you can't really use Spreadsheet sync to update foreign currency transactions.
I don't want to "enter the deposit" - I haven't made it yet. I want to print my deposit slip with the money I just received
Our company parted way with out bookkeeper in December 2023 and because the QuickBooks subscription was tied to her account, our subscription stopped when we removed her from the account. We restarted our subscription in March 2024.Now, on our Bank Transactions page, no transactions from after 12/5/23 show up. This problem persists even after I press the update button. I'm aware some transactions are more than 90 days old and thus I might have to learn how to manually add them, but none of the most recent transactions are showing up either. For most the the accounts, their bank registers have also not updated since 12/5/23. However, one account has some, but not all, of the transactions since then shown on the bank register despite not showing up on the bank Transactions page, where I would like to review all of our transactions. What can I do to get our banks to reconnect after we had a period with a dormant subscription?
My Chase bank account is linked to my Quickbooks account. I just have to update and all my transactions appear so i can categorize them for my P&L. But 9/24/23 through 12/22/23 do not show up at all, even after updating. How do i get them to be pulled over?
I am trying to manually upload bank transactions from my bank in QBO format to Quickbooks, but when I follow the QBO Onlines, I am never able to open the "Bank Transactions" page where I would be able to choose UPLOAD TRANSACTIONS
I need to talk with customer support

Is there a way select more than one transaction at a time in reconcilation window? I need to see how far off this account is and i dont want to have to click the check mark 2500 times.
