I’ve added my Bank (Thread Bank) which hosts multiple bank accounts, and when QuickBooks asks to associate categories with them, there is an error stating that there is already an account associated with that category. I want to be able to see all transactions from these accounts in QuickBooks, and I have not been able to. Please help me
I need to be able to deposit checks for my QuickBooks checking. Currently that feature is not available on my QuickBooks checking account. How do I become eligible for this feature?
Total Newsbie here so please forgive basic: I have several accounts in same bank that were linked They all showed on Bank Transactions.By accidents I made some accounts inactive. They have now disappeared from Bannk Transactions AND Chart of Accounts. Cant find anyway to restore them. When I go to the Link Accounts - the bank says those accounts are still linked for updating but I can't now find them in Quickboolks or find any way to restore them. Again please forgive schoolboy errors here......(I am transferring from Quicken and its more painful than I thought) - oh yes, and I can't get an assisted call for a least 7 days! Richard

My bank feed's broke two weeks ago and Chase bank fixed it, now my bank feed is broken again and Chase has no knowledge of this. I tried QB Support and of course they want to charge me for answering my question. So frustrated with Intuit. Does anyone else have this problem too?
I just downloaded transaction from my bank so that I could review and categorize them, but they would not load into the window and I received a "Something's not quite right Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again." error message. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I have already connected with wells fargo bank. but when i try to connect with wise bank it says i need to upgrade my plan to support multi currency accounts. in wise i am only using usd and that is the only one i want to sync up. how to do it without requiring this unnecessary plan upgrade?
My ending balance in December of 2022 was correct and reconciled to my bank statement. The beginning balance now is out of balance creating a discrepancy. I deleted transactions that were duplicates, but now I cannot get them corrected. It's a beginning balance discrepancy. How do I fix this?
My register is a confusing mess now with unrelated transactions downloaded into it. I'm not sure how to clean it up.
Pro+ moving to Enterprise soonI have been looking for help documentation on importing credit card statements and data, and the QB Help system isn't really "helping" ... probably because I don't know the specific words the help system designers used to search by. We used First Interstate (if that matters) and they have instructions on "How to manually import your transactions", that include * select your statement or group of transactions * the transactions will be downloaded as a .qbo file. You will find this file on your desktop or in the downloads folder. * simply double-click the file and QB will automatically open to import your transactions. Unfortunately, I can't find what QB says will happen to this imported file: ? where does it go ? are any GL accounts impacted? Which ones?I would assume that I would need to deal with each transaction imported to assign the GL that should be hit based on the transaction, and the total of all

Hello! We are a church organization that holds a few bank accounts. Have always had one EIN number. We are trying to add our bank account that we use for Mission purposes (we have had for 20 years) to Expensify so mission expenses can be paid out of that account. Should we have a different EIN number? Expensify says we have to? I didn't think we needed to as we are one church organization.
Hello! I am building for a new client. Her existing QBO account was a mess and it made sense to start over. She uses QBO merchant processor with a QuickBooks Checking account. How do i add a QuickBooks Checking Account on the new account i am setting up? Thanks!David
I have contacted intuit multiple times and they tell me I have no subscriptions. My bank account says otherwise when they have charged me every month for years. They tell me I need the receipt that's emailed to me in order to refund me yet there is no email! I'm unable to cancel it, they keep taking my money and I'm given the run around. What the **** intuit, give me my money back!! This is so not right. I do not use your services but you still took thousands from me.
