I am missing a reconciliation from September 2022. The items are showing as uncleared but when I click on them to edit, it says they are already reconciled. The October 2022 through January 2023 reconciliations are complete and correct. Can you help me?
I have connected and downloaded Venmo transactions. I have booked all the Venmo items in my checking account as a transfer to the Venmo account. Now what do I do? It seems like there should have been a positive receiving entry in Venmo for the transfer but there is not. There is nothing to match the transfer from Checking. What am I doing wrong? One workaround would be to manually add a positive transaction in the Venmo account and then match all the checking entries. I could build a CSV file with all my past transactions easy enough and match them one at a time but then from now on every time I have a Venmo draw from Checking I will have to manually post a matching transaction in the Venmo account. It doesn't seem like the Venmo integration was designed around the way Venmo works as it only draws from Checking when the Venmo balance is lower then the Venmo draw. Is there a better workaround or am I missing something?
How do I add my gas card into the Quickbooks platform? I was able to link all my other credit cards/ bank inform. Thanks...Lou.

COMPLETELY BLANK with PRINTBOSS software to print different company checks.QUESTION - How do I print a check in quickbooks desktop with only routing number(ABA number) and bank account number with company name on it? It would be payable to nobody and zero amount.Just a blank check with company name and bank aba/account number info.Similar to a voided check you give your employer for direct deposit of payroll.
Is there anyway to add a number into Bank Feed Rules?In this instance, I am just looking to add DM for certain transactions.

The Problem:The balance for our Parent Bank Account is much lower than the total amount of the sub-accounts. How is this possible??? How Do I fix it? A little more info:To track certain things for our company we have another quickbooks account where we have one parent bank account and several sub-bank accounts. This has been there method long before I got here.

Keep getting error code: 19906 48466, whenever I try to use bank feeds. I am unable to establish ANY links to financial intuitions. I have run the QuickBooks Hub, made sure all files / programs are up to date. My OS is Windows 10, and also all latest up dates are installed. Please advise how to proceed. Thank you,Al B.

Desktop 2023 - Bank Feed Rules - Is it possible to create a rule and split the categories? The rule would be basically - whenever $1234.50 is deposited - split it into 2 categories - $1000. dues and 234.50 lunch fees.
I'm working on going back to reconcile a credit card account month by month. My accountant did the first month so I know everything was done correctly. I'm doing the following month on my own and all of my transactions are noted correctly and matching. However, Quickbooks is telling me that my reconciliation is off by -$1,158.67 which is the exact amount of beginning balance that is noted. How do I fix this? I know it must be some sort of error that doesn't have to do with my transactions because it's the exact same amounts.
I have a credit card account that I need to add that I cannot link via Mobile banking. The account has been closed but I need to categorize transactions to it. The company says they can't give me online access due to the account being closed now. I only was able to get paper statements.
During linking process it shows the account greyed out meaning it is linked, but after clicking continue to finalize which account to link it doesn’t show it. I contacted Wells Fargo and it does not to appear to be a Wells Fargo issue.Is there an amount of time needed between unlinking and reconnecting the same account?

I occasionally make personal purchases with the business credit card. I then pay the business credit card with the personal checking account. How do i categorize the credit card payment?Do I record it as a credit card payment? If yes, from who to who?Or do I categorized it as a owners contribution?
