where do i go to link the deposit received to an account, so I can complete the invoice?
I am trying to reconcile the bank account. Client payments are showing in account Undeposited Fund, even though they have been deposited (in the bank & Quickbooks). But I can't find them in the reconcile. I have since changed the account where payments are deposited in QB to the actual bank account. Those are there. I have read that I can go into the Undeposited Funds account and check the box to have the payment deposited, but it does not allow me to check the box. I am using Enterprise 2021. Please help.

I have a client with several accounts with Edward Jones. When we attempted to connect them to the bank feed, each time it would not only put transactions from different accounts in another account in the bank feed, it also pulled over the investment information from her personal portfolios she had in other accounts that I didn't link. Is this a known problem? Is there a way to fix it?
I use QuickBooks Checking as well as QuickBooks Payments.
Where do I find my routing number and bank account number in QB online
Due to the SunTrust to Truist merger I am no longer able to use my previous financial software so I purchased QuickBooks desktop for Mac. I have created a company and now when I go to setup online banking I keep getting a connection error when it prompts me to login to Truist. I have spent hours on the phone with Truist who assures me I am properly signed up in their system and it is a Quickbooks issue? However, no one from Quickbooks is available to help me until after the weekend. So I am hoping someone here can give me some guidance on what to try. I am desperate to fix this issue this weekend before I have to go back to my paying job on Monday. LOL!
Hello, I started using Melio payments and have done 4 so far, using ACH. When they come through on my bank feed, none find the matching payments. When I try to use "match" the bills don't come up, since they've been paid. When I try to clear the payment, void it or make it a zero amount so I can try to force the Melio payment to find it, that doesn't work either. Can someone suggest what I might be doing wrong?
I am having a technical issue. Intuit's support agents have been unable to help me with this issue.I have verified that I am "Primary Admin" on my account. I have tried this from several browsers, with freshly cleared cache, and even new computers with a new browser install. The screenshot displays the problem.I am unable to email receipts - there is no @qbodocs.com address displayed for emailing receipts anywhere in my QuickBooks online account.I have read through the support pages here that apply to my version and paid plan of QuickBooks online - [https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/accounts-payable/email-receipts-bills-quickbooks-online/L7r2LAQ7C_US_en_US]At the top of my Banking-Receipts page, I have three boxes[Upload from Computer] / [Upload from Google Drive] / [ Blank ]The [Blank] box shouldn't be blank, of course, and it isn't in the support pages and examples it is "Forward from email". I think this is a technical issue.
Here is my dilemma. I am reconciling our bank account. Our credit card bill was overpaid by $250 during the month. I put in my ending balance from our bank statement and cleared all debits and credits, I am off $250. How should I resolve this?

How do you deposit a check into QB CHECKING. I don’t want to transfer. I want to deposit a check from a customer into my QB checking.
Every morning I download from the bank cleared checks to match against my QB check register. There are hundreds of cleared checks and most match without an issue. Lately a small number (between 5-20) daily dont match. When I go to find them in the register they are recent (within the last 30 days) and they have the lightning bolt next to them showing me QB found them but for some reason didnt clear them. So the only way I can remove them is to remove the lightning bolt and "manually" match them. QB accepts them without an issue after that.Its quite annoying to have to manually match some checks everyday when QB has already found and matched them they it hasn't been removed from the queue. Any thoughts as to why? Its not the check number or amount not matching and its not because they are old because I know QB has some lookback period.
When I log in all of the information I have is from June 2021 on.
As if we are just beginning, no customers, no expenses, no products and services. Thinking about switching providers.
