I opened a new quickbooks account at the start of our fiscal year (July) but it appears that it pulled in transactions back to April (last fiscal year) and now my bank balance and quickbook balance are way off and will not reconcile. The transactions from last fiscal year are all currently excluded. Should I undo them and categorize them?

Can I delete my bank accounts and re-enter them without deleting all other information and transactions?

I have two companies, both are LLCs. One LLC is the parent of the other. The parent has the bank account.Is there a way to have two companies but only one bank account?Additionally, I need to track contruction cost for development puin each LLC separately.

Venmo uses one email for both personal and business accounts, but I don't know why that would be a problem here. Only my personal account shows up, not my business account.
I have carefully gone back and matched all transactions with bank and QB. Currently at July of 2020 and it still says off ($475) way back then. Doesn't make sense! Both have balanced until just this month. Can anyone help?

Hi, 1)When I go to reconcile my credit card. I notice that only the first page of the statement show up as auto populated. The rest I have to manually add. 2)I tried downloading the transactions in QBO format from Chase, but I was not able to edit the ones that already were connected automatically, so when I uploaded the whole statement, I tried deleting the duplicates, except they keep showing up. Any help would be greatly Appreciated!

My online Quickbooks has been entering my deposits correctly in my register but then it also enters the same amount as a payment in my register (they void each other out) Therefore my bank register is way off. If I delete the payment amount, it also deletes the deposit amount. They are somehow tied together and I cannot figure it out. HELP?????
I imported via a QBO file my entire credit card account into the bank feed.But I realized it imported all of my Amazon transactions. However, some of them are personal while others are business. Being that I use 2 separate credit card numbers on the same account, it's easy for me to tell the difference which one on my credit card website, but QB does not differentiate when I import them. So what I would like to do is remove them from the bank feed before importing them then download a new QBO file with only one of the credit card transactions, import that, set them all to the proper account, then download another QBO with the other cc number for the same account, and then assign it to the other account. I understand that I may have to redo the bank feeds matching but that's not a problem. Any suggestions? Thank you
how do I pay myself from intuit to my bank?
My local bank has been acquired by another bank. Our account number will not change, but the routing number and bank name has changed. I am looking for information on how to update to the new bank's routing number to get this updated. I appreciate any help the community could provide!
PDFs and .xlsx files won't attach to transactions. Primarily JEs. Just get an error that the attachment has not finished uploading. This a simple small files (docs) to support a JE. Using MS Edge for Quickbooks. Dosen't matter if I use Chrome.
