When setting up quickbooks online from a desktop version I connected one bank account to the wrong checking account in quickbooks, how do a dis-connect the bank account and connect the proper account?
I have credit card that already has an existing connection to an existing QB account? Can I connect the same credit card to a new QB account?

I have deposit transactions that are older than 3 months old and therefore aren't able to be imported automatically from my bank. I need to record these to apply to open and past due invoices.
QB online has disconnected with my bank stating the log in credentials are not correct. I have logged in several times and confirmed the UN and PW are in fact correct. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance Rick
Perhaps my situation isn't unique, however, I need to get this issue addressed once and for all. I have given away way too much of my valuable time and effort to clients who have paid me for time spent on their books but not for programming their books for future benefit. What I am speaking of are these Rules (AKA Programming). In some cases, I have created HUNDREDS of Rules to make MY job easier for the MERE pittance these clients pay, should they even have any money at all. Because I am retired, many times they feel they can take advantage of me, although I have over 45 years experience in the accounting field. Don't get me wrong, I like helping, but I also do not like being taken advantage of.I know we can disable and enable Rules from being applied automatically(Oh - and By The Way - The QB Team needs to allow the Bookkeeper to turn this feature on and off BEFORE the books are accessed (once turned on that is)!! Hi there, I'm hoping to get some help. When I get a payout from shopify and it shows up under the banking tab, I try to match all the orders to that payout. The problem I am facing is that sometimes not all the orders show up to match. So I am left with an uneven balance. How do I reconcile these transactions? Thanks!
I have also tried uploading manually from the CSV file and have adjusted the format, the file also does not upload and it gives an error as to the file might not be in CSV format, however, the file and the format are both according to QBO guidelines
Trying to create a new entry as a check.
My client paid the invoice, but I had the incorrect banking information on my end for it to be deposited into my account. It says "needs attention" and "deposit failed". I updated my banking information, but it still gives me the same error messages. She paid, but now it looks like it's just sitting in my QB account. How do I get it to deposit into my checking account I corrected today?
When attempting to import transactions from the Venmo Credit Card, it seems like these transactions are being excluded and only the venmo balance (non-credit card part of the application) is showing up. Perhaps importing Venmo Credit Card transactions isn't available in QBSE yet. If this is the case, are there any plans to add this feature in the near future?

Good Morning, On QB Desktop Pro 2019. Use for quarterly updates of my personal transactions - not running a business. Every quarter go to banks and CC issuers to download activity and then upload to QB using bank feeds. Most times this works, but for one of my banks, Citibank, when I upload the QBO file QB does not recognize the account. Usually I have to disable bank feeds and then re-establish, Everything works properly. Not now. Go to edit account, set up bank feeds. Get prompts and follow instructions but since Citi does manual imports, not the direct link from their website, only get to step 1 of setup. When that completes, I still don't have the bank icon on my account. Struggling with what to do next. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
I have been using quickbooks on my desktop and would like to take my laptop with me, and have use of quickbooks on the laptop. I have it installed and I can't get it to work? any suggestions thanks
