We use QB for our 501c3 non profit organization. QB has never caused us issuss until now. Since 2019, we have started having issues with recorded deposits showing back up in the record deposit screen. I have tried to delete them and it looks like I have, but not. I have voided them, but they still show up with the original deposit amount,not zeros. I can't for figure out how to clear them for good. I also have one deposit that shows as a deposit in the sales receipts, but chows up in the check register as a receipt, not a deposit. I cannot get rid of it either. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. We are using QB for non profits 2014.
My account stopped linking 9 days ago. Quickbooks personnel is supposed to be reaching back out to me, but I have heard nothing from them. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

We recently issued employee cards from American Express, but I can't get the new cards to connect in the banking. I have added them in the chart of Accounts as a subaccount, but they still will not pull transactions. How do I fix this?
Please help. I accidently deposited another entities funds into my Quickbooks account. Which expense and income account should I hit. I already made a deposit to my bank account and will be cutting a check to the correct entity, but which accounts should I classify the transactions under in the general ledger?
I'm reconciling and found an incorrect deposit amount but program won't let me delete or editthe deposit.
Did NOT connect to the bank. Added 10/1/2020, accepted a donation, accepted interest, and service charge. Shown on quarterly stmts 12/31/2020.
When I printed the Reconciliation Report everything is correct. But, when I go to reconcile it is showing I'm off.
