Hi, I'm trying to reconcile my Credit card account in QBO. The credit card is used by our sister concern company too. So the bank feed shows their transactions. But I have not entered any entry for their transactions since they do not concern my books. I just exclude their transactions from my bank feed. When I try to reconcile the balance does not match. How should I proceed with the reconciliation?

My bank statements show transactions, but they're not in quickbooks.
All but one of my credit cards are no longer available when I click "Banking". I used to be able to manually upload as needed, but now I can't since the credit card isn't on the Banking page, which is where I would Manually Upload. I also can't automatically connect my bank, as it's not one of the choices that QB shows. I'm using QBOnline.
The lastest "upgrade" has made it impossible to match credit card transactions with download. When I try to enter from the review screen it posts as a credit instead of a charge. When will this be fixed.
Payment for Invoice was paid online by credit card. It now shows as Undeposited Funds. How do I "deposit" this money in QB?
A negative number shows up in undeposited funds on balance sheet. The number is not in the deposit window. How can I get rid of it? Desktop

I'm trying to set up Online Banking for our accounts. When we choose FirstBank Business Banking, we can enter the username and password, then the program crashes. It works with other Banks like Chase and American Express.
Hello - The employee Visa charges by each employee load into my QB online bank feed. it separates each card/employee. I have a new hire that has made CC charges, but he is not showing in QB. How do I fix this?
My Quickbooks online bank register is not showing any transactions past July 2017. When I click to update banking it says that everything is up to date and there are no transactions to review. I have been working all week (paying bills, employees, etc.) and my bank register was showing everything that I had done along with my downloaded transactions from my bank. Now when I go back, like to edit a check or anything, my register stops at 2017. This is also causing my Quickbooks register balance to be thousands of dollars off from my actual bank balance.

My bank recently changed its passwords to change every 30 seconds. They gave me a fob that shows me the password. I have always had my bank account attached to quickbooks but since the change I cannot get it to connect because the password changes so often. Has anyone had to deal with this issue? If so, is there a solution? Thanks!
I have transactions the day before and the day after the missing transaction.
