I am not able to transfer my money to my bank account after two small amount verity
I have Quickbooks 2020 Desktop Mac version hooked up to my American Express account. I forgot to download transactions for several months. When I went to sync it up again it synced everything for 90 days. However I have a hole between May and November of 2020. I figured out the exact dates, went on Amex online and searched for transactions for this time period and downloaded as a .qbo file. When I go to import it it says it's imported the number of transactions but it doesn't show them where I can match them up with the proper accounts. They just go in and disappear and I can't figure out how to import these missing transactions. It's driving me insane.
Can I get rid of the account i do not need? I'd like a refund refund of the account fee for the account I don't need.
A deposit was made to it and now both balances of cash are being debited.
I have looked at all possible suggestions and nothing is allowing me to connect please can someone help me
We had to close a compromised bank account so How do I handle closeout withdrawal and new account deposit transactions so they're not income or expenses?
A customer accidentally processed an ACH debit against our bank. After we contacted them, several weeks later they processed an ACH payment to repay us for the mistaken ACH . How do I classify these bank transactions in QBO?
When I try to add transactions synced from AMEX, I get "Something's not quite right" Unexpected problem :-1
