I was using Melio, which has been discontinued within Quickbooks Online. I received emails telling me to switch to Quickbooks Billpay. When I did so, I received the message "We reviewed your info and Quickbooks Bill Pay isn't available for your business. This may change in the future." Any idea on why that might be? I called in, and the first person told me I had to wait 3-5 days because "the engineers were reviewing companies." This didn't make sense to me and it didn't sound like the rep knew what they were talking about, so I tried chat. Chat sent me to bill.com, then sent me to a number that disconnected me. So I tried a call back again. This rep first told me it was because I was still connected to Melio and I had to disconnect completely from Melio's side. I pushed back on that, she went and researched more, then came back and told me that I shouldn't disconnect Melio after all, and that they couldn't tell me why it isn't available, that it just isn't. it was worked before for some past journal but right now it don't, i copy and past the account in the QB to to apreadsheet to make sure I have the same but even that, QB still show me some not match.

QB contacted me by email to inform me of the two small deposits to verify my funding account. I’ve double checked twice and I’ve double checked the information in QB. The deposits have not posted to my funding account as the dates that are specified in the email. Should I wait a few more days or do I need to contact QB asap?

Hello, I have been facing an issue with downloading transactions for our American Express credit card on the bank feeds center using Quickbooks Enterprise. For years I was able to go in my bank feeds, hit the "refresh account" and all the American Express transactions added since my last refresh would be added to the transactions list. That is still the case for my other account on my bank feeds center with Wells Fargo bank, no issues there. The issue started for me whenever American Express had to be transitioned to American Express QBDT which I believe was on 3/31/2023. What would happen is I add my account like I normally do and set it up, the transactions will then load. I would be able to refresh a few more times and transactions are loaded until it stops working at some point after a few more refreshes. I hit refresh and no transactions are downloaded. Hi,My accountant did not use my QB and now we no longer have him. Here I am trying to clean up years of reconciliation but trying to focus on 2023. I have an issue with our Fieldworks app and my banks both transferring information into QB. I disconnect Fieldworks. I started to change the "deposit to" but found that I was making more of a mess. Now that I know how to do it correctly, I can't find those payments to attach to the deposit. Seems like I'm missing Jan 2023 through August 2023. Please help me find them! THANK YOU!

Last year we closed a checking account. The balance was not zeroed out in QB but was left with a negative balance for the last check written out of the account to close the account. A new checking account was established, and things have been working fine in QB until recently. Two months ago we deleted a random entry that was not accurate that reflected that negative balance. Now, upon trying to reconcile our accounts, I found that QB created a transaction-- a check in the amount of that negative balance in the old account with the memo "Created by QB Online to adjust balance for deletion."It is creating a double entry/fake transaction for that same amount out of one of our accounts (so there are two of the exact same entries but both are going to different accounts- one to the closed account, the other to the correct account.) I am unable to delete the fake transaction because it says that will create a non-zero balance in the closed account. Why won't it let me override tha

What do I need to do to add a bank account to my QBO? Will I need to talk to the bank before I can add it? Will I need a username already set up with the bank?And once I have the bank account linked, will it automatically give customers the option to pay online?
