I have a cafe and will be using the Accrual accounting philosophy. They prefer having everything done manually when I prefer to automate the accounting process. I am worried that they only want me to do things manually so I would end up asking for their audit services, which is expensive, time consuming and confidential.

I need to do new accounting for year 2023
i have taken over an account where the previous two years are messed up. so I want to start from january 1, 2023. But I don't want to lose the data for 2021 and 2022. suggestion on how to best do that?
I am in a country that uses 2 different currencies, and I have a bank account for each currency. Can Quickbooks track 2 different bank accounts with 2 different currencies?

I mistakenly linked a wrong bank account and now I need to unlink it.
