i use QB Desktop Premiere multicurrency i create a new USD bank acct & i don't see the option for bank feeds is this option available if i switch to QBO?
Cells aren't lining up in my deposit slips window. I have tried logging in on multiple computers, but nothing changed. In the "Add funds to this deposit" section, the columns are not in line with the column titles. This makes data entry really difficult!
QBO Canada - We made a sale for $67 USD converted to $83 CDN. The $67 USD was deposited into the USD bank account. How do I match the payment to the client invoice?
I'm trying to learn the QB way of entering transactions so my new corp sold some grain on inventory but the payment was accidentally deposited into my personal account by the grain buyer. So I created an invoice, then received a payment, now I want to record the deposit to my shareholder loan account (the corp owes me money anyways). How can I record a deposit to my shareholder account? It only allows me to select bank accounts, accounts receivable, and "other current asset" accounts. Do I have to run it through accounts receivable?
Hi, So we invoice US customers for consulting. They pay us US dollars and we paid our invoices. This money goes to our US chequing account ( as an income/sales income). Then we have money out from a US chequing account to a third exchange currency party to get a better exchange. Then we get money into our CAD chequing ACCOUNT from the exchange we made with a third party ( not sure if record this as a sales income because we already did this on our US chequing account) So my questions are how do l record each of this money coming in and out so everything matches in Quickbooks online? Thank you
Hi all. This greenie needs a little guidance. I have a client who needs a complete set of books from Jan 2021 to date compiled. Their bank has a 123 day limit on exporting transaction data. Can I still link the bank feed if I do manual entry to the bank register for the unavailable transactions? Also, will receipts match to manual entries to the bank register? TIA

I usually use a Sales receipt for this. It is a GST rebate from Govt of Canada. But this time I entered it by Journal Entry. The debit and credit are both marked Overdue in the Customer screen. I have done 3 bank reconciliations since, so don't want to delete and re-enter the transaction in a different manner....
I opnened a new bank account and want to unlink the current account ( that will remain active for personal use) but I dont want to lose the transaction data, how do I do that?
I would like to disconnect the bank account that I linked to QuickBooks.
How long does it take for American Express payments to show up in the bank account?
