This would be helpful to record multiple payments received in US funds and group them into one deposit. and to record fees taken off by STRIPE so the amount of the deposit will match the bankfeed.
I cannot add a new connection because it doesn't give an option to select my bank. I assume this is because I am already linked. I can't seem to find where I can select/choose which bank accounts are linked. I remember doing this during setup, but cannot find a way to edit it.
Hi - I am in the process of relocating all my business banking from Scotiabank as their online experience has been brutal. I have it narrowed down to RBC or the Kawartha Credit Union. I am a psychologist and all of the fees are paid online and via EFT and all accounts paid electronically as well. I have an Operating Corporation (professional practice corporation) and a Holding Corporation for tax purposes. My wife and I will be drawing salaries out of the OPCO monthly. I am GST exempt. Any recommendations when it comes to interoperability with Quickbooks Online? For example, ease of downloading transactions without having to go through 2FA EVERY TIME like in Scotiabank? Thanks!

When you go to connect the account and it asks you to choose the QBO account to connect it to, it only shows bank accounts, no credit card accounts appear as an option
I have called BMO and they told connectivity to QuickBooks is not supported. Told me to reach out to you
When will the connection to banking be fixed? This issue has been going on, for months. The last time this happen I was told to disable my two factor authentication and then lync QB and RBC. Which I won't be doing. So I need to know when there will be a solution, especially since QB rates keep going up but issues like this remain unsolved.
Hello, I live in Canada and recently subscribed to QuickBooks EasyStart for my business. When I created my QuickBooks account I gave it access to my online banking business account with RBC.Unfortunately, now I am getting regular alerts to my RBC Mobile App saying "It looks like you are trying to log on from a different device. Please confirm this is you". And I have no idea if this is an alert related to QuickBooks or to a fraudster. Here is my question: Is there any way to change the way QuickBooks accesses my online banking from an automatic access whenever it wants, to only being able to access my bank account when I am actually logged into QuickBooks and manually authorize the access? My corporate account currently has its main chequing and savings account linked to Bank of Montreal. I have opened a Corporate High Interest Savings Account and a Long Term Investment Account using WealthSimple. I intend to send money from my BMO account to my WealthSimple Account, and I would like to track the transfers and interest earned using Quickbooks Online. When I try to "Link Account", WealthSimple is not an option. Is this possible?
What is the current fee for bank transfers? Has it changed to $20.00??
Hi,I'm trying to pay a vendor and when i go to print the check that vendor name isn't on the first line above the amount. The Date, amount, and the address of the vendor is there, but no pay to the order name. Is anyone else having this same issue? QBOCare told me to order new checks, but how does new solve the this with the system not printing the check that vendor name.
I created a bill for a supplier with the details provided and the payment was issued. I was given the wrong account information, and the payment I attempted was reversed. Now the money has returned to our bank account, and it's showing in my bank transaction feeds. How should I record the returned payment expecting that i have to pay the same amount when they get back to me with the correct information? Please help me to how to record the over payment from bank feeds and also process the payment without creating another bill. Thanks in advance.
When I click update on the bank transactions, it spins and then says it's updated but there are no transactions downloading to categorize even though we know there are transactions waiting to be downloaded. Is this a current issue. It was updating a few days ago but now nothing is being brought in. No error codes come up either.
