Each time I enter the payroll center to begin payroll, Quiken takes me into the intuit account and I am unable to get out of the Intuit account. When I called support, I was told my program was phasing out and I needed to upgrade to the Quiken Payroll Enhanced. I did that, but it did not solve the problem. I am still being directed to the Intuit account page and freezing there. All other actions are working properly.Any suggestions?

When I choose "Pay with direct deposit" from the Contractors list the dropdowns for bank account and category don't populate. They worked once on one contractor and now it doesn't work on any others.
I use mileage IQ for an app. Because the quick book app doesn't always stay tracking me
Is anyone having trouble entering the new PA UC tax rate for the employer? It is telling me that it cannot be larger than the rate it was last year, but indeed it is. It is saying that it can't be above 9.9333% when it should be 10.3734%. Also, when are you going to fix the UC tax rate for the employee. It should be ..07% not .06%? Any suggestions on how to fix.
Where is my W-3 Form?
For example, I have a salaried employee who works 30 hours a week. Her worker's comp is being calculated at 40 hours per week.
If an employee is terminated while we still have an employee loan outstanding, how do I record in QB so that the balance forgiven shows on the employee's W2?
How do I close the year?
As an employee how do I view my hourly pay on the pay stub ? Why does it not show?!
We use a third-party processor for our payroll but we use the desktop (basic) payroll to input the checks. We can still do that, right?
We are a government entity that has a state pension plan. Our employees do not pay into social security but rather pay into the state plan. I have not been able to make this work except by entering their compensation as an "addition" rather than "compensation". Addition allows me to select what type of taxes the payroll is subject to but compensation does not. Is there another way I should be entering this to make it work properly?
I am signed authorized user contact Robert [removed] ([email address removed]) for security reasons only me the primary contact Robert [removed] (same person) [email address removed] It is not in use and hasn't been in use for years. Therefore I can't pay the new payroll desktop on QB?????
I received my new CO 2024 unemployment rate but when I go to my payroll settings, I enter the new rate, and then it asks for an effective date and has a drop-down of 4/1/24. I can't find anything stating that CO changed their effective date to begin in April. Can someone explain how I can change this date to reflect 1/1/24?
I have a terminated employee saying it is unlawful to remove his access to Workforce. Is that accurate?
When I attempt to update my UI rate for 1/1/2024 it says the value provided by the state is invalid. I was provided 0.10% for 2024 and when I enter the value the site says the value must be between 0.13% and 6.23%. Is the only support this forum?
How is the IRA contribution max calculated when an employee has M,D,V - family coverage in which the 2024 annual premium deduction will be in the $8,000 range. This employee does not contribute to a HSA Plan at this time. The IRA is "tax deferred" on FIT and SIT withholding only. The IRA ee contribution max for 2024 is $16,000. I know QBO can calculate the IRA correctly as it appears on the Quarterly Reports and W2 from previous years. Thank you, R.K.
When the payroll help "auto-runs" the set up for this item, does the OT payroll item need to be unmarked?
I handle my own books and am the only employee. My W-2 has Box 13 checked for "Covered by retirement plan" Now, TurboTax won't let me make my full IRA contribution. How do I fix this? I see nothing in my records that would cause this, so I don't know what to change.
I was told that it costs $1.25 per paycheck for direct deposit. I saw online that direct deposit is free. Is there a coast associated with direct deposit or not?
