why hasn't payroll hit the bank this morning as of now??
Set up now and Remind me later are the only options.
Has others not received payroll checks to their bank feed?
I have had an annual payroll service for my clients for many years. There are clients who have shut down, or moved to another service, or any number of things, so that they are not currently payroll clients. But they're still attached to my subscription - is there a way to remove them, or even to get an actual list of everyone on my subscription so I can delete the ones who are inactive?
WHY IS THE STATUS SHOWING THE EMPLYEES WILL BE PAID ON 11/15/2021 THEY SHOULD BE PAID TODAY
Our payroll still says scheduled this morning. It should say processed and deposits should be there already
This link is directing me to the small business and information page which then gets redirected. PS been waiting on chat help 20 minutes - no reply, not even automated
Is Intuit Payroll now separate from QuickBooks Online? I'm not finding any employee payroll or tax info in QBO. Thank you, Dave
I have tried multiple times to get this question answered through QuickBooks support; hopefully someone here can help me. I feel like it should be simple, I just need pointed in the right direction to click a button, I suspect. The message about needing to update your payroll account for direct deposit due to new federal guidelines won't leave me alone. I can't update my info because we don't use direct deposit so I don't have a pin number. I can't get a pin number because I don't use direct deposit. Under each of my employees, "use direct deposit" is NOT selected. I end up going in an endless circle of frustrating dead ends. How do I turn off direct deposit totally, so that QB knows I don't use it? Ya know, other than having "no" selected on every employee and not actually using it. Thanks for any help.
I have received the error message that my payroll sign in was rejected and to wait 15 minutes. I have been waiting for 3 days for the issue to resolve. Any ideas? I have done everything suggested, waited 15 minutes, copied to notepad to make sure that I am typing in the correct password, restarted my computer, updated the payroll version ...I have not changed my PIN and I am needing to get direct deposit done ASAP.
I process and pay commissions the first week of the month for the previous month. That commissions check needs to post with the expenses for the month the commissions were paid for. For example, I process and pay commissions for January in the first week of February. I need to commissions check to post as an expense in January, not February. My previous system allowed me to do this, but i'm not sure how to do it in quickbooks. I need to change the posting date on a few previous months and then make sure going forward that they post to the correct month.
I had something strange happen with my QuickBooks file. I use QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021.I just happen to need a list of current employees, so I went in and did a quick employee contact list and added birthdays. Looking at the list I noticed that two of the birthdays had changed. We have two employees that were born in 1943 and now both of them were listed at 2043. Why would QuickBooks change this number and has anyone else noticed changes like this? Since I do not do this list very often, I cannot tell you when it happened, but my guess would be with one of the recent payroll updates. WendyJT
We pay our employees health insurance to Blue Cross. We have an employee that has decided to pick up his wife and son. This needs setup as a payroll deduction and will, more or less, be considered a reimbursable expense. Can anyone share how they set their deductions up?
I am unable to run payroll. I made a mistake and paid an AZ quarterly tax early and now am unable to run payroll. Any thoughts
I am unable to delete the paycheck!
