Box 57 - 60 for my organization is still blank. wondering why that is. since we got an email confirming the auto-fill is completed. was the email sent in error? As the boxes are blank as I write. This is frustrating you know
How can we print the T4s with new requirements as CRA for 2020.
Trying to do T4 slips. I can not find where to set what box to report a taxable income to? Tech support is suppose to email me something, but not holding much hope. Seems to have a crap agent this time. Anyone able to help me? can I change it. It is currently reporting to box 14, but want to change so it will report as box 40. This is for the taxable portion (life insurance) of benefit plans? Said I could add new, but I do not see how to set this one a new one. Hoping I can just adjust what is there...otherwise Also need to know how to adjust what is in the system
I try to process T4's today. Now the boxes 57-60 no long showing again? what happened ?I do need to submit the T4 very soon.
I just ran T4s but I cannot find my transmitter letter which is in my office. I am working from home. Can I come back to this window to EFile my t4s or do I have to leave my program open?
Hello,We have multiple class for various department and each employee is assigned class based on the department he/she is employed under. I was viewing my Income Statement by class and noticed amount under Unclassified class. I reviewed this amount and it had to do with Vac-Pay in a month that I had forgotten to manually select a class. I went through each paycheque and assigned class that had been missing and saved the changes I made however, the information does not get saved it reverts back to blank under class. For non payroll transaction, this not an issue I am able to add class if I had missed this during my initial entry. I haver attached a copy of the paystub where I am trying to update.
