But for all of this, the last stage they are asking to send a OTP text message on my phone number. But when i click on that i dont get any text message. Please if some one can call me or email me.I can give my phone number you can check and if required re update my phone number correctly there in your system so i can get a text message otp. When i see here at my app the number shows correct and in the past i have been getting otp with no issues. Since last 2 3 months i did not login on computer so now i am try to login but i can not login. Please contact me and correct my details on your end, so i can access my account. Why to solve a small issue its taking so much time, and no resolving. Please contact me.
I cannot login into my computer or my laptop. It is asking for OTP on my phone number but I am not getting any OTP on my phone number so I cannot finish the final verification. I’m already logged in on my mobile phone app but I cannot login on my desktop or laptop. I have tried 100 times but I cannot login. I also called the helpline number and Ms. Lecora said that maybe my phone number is incorrect there but they cannot change it from there. I can't seem to connect my account and it give 106 error
we are having 2 accounts here, but what happen is I cant log in to our account
I was importing a customized Estimate template into the Custom Form Styles and everything was working fine, I went back and forth editing it exactly how I want it....then suddenly it doesn't work anymore, the arrow button to bring up options for me to select doesn't work anymore, clicking on it does nothing. See the attached screenshot. What I've done so far to try to fix it:1- clear cache2- restart computer3- used Safari private browser4- used chrome regular browser and incognito Nothing works. We are creating a sales receipt from the API. Previously, this worked without any issues. Suddenly starting this week, the PDF that is generated from the sales receipt is not returning any information nor is the style applied. It is just a blank PDF without the header, nothing in the body and just the customer information. We have tested in a sandbox environment and it works fine.
