Trying to cancel my QuickBooks Simple Start subscription, which always (on every browser, every other computer, in Chrome incognito mode etc.) gives the same error: Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message.(Error code:-81611) Tried to contact support via chat, first time simple didn't get any answer (support specialist asked some basic questions and disappeared at some point, no response), second time I've been told that they do not have my account in the system and operator immediately ended the chat. While I provided my organization ID, login info etc., even numbers of invoices I received throughout 3 years of my subscription etc., I can also access my account and see all of my data - but somehow QuickBooks support can't see it. I mean, what kind of support is that??

Good day,We have the plus option.When I import a csv invoice file, it only imports the non-inventory items, it says it cannot find the inventory items, but they are there, they could be imported previously until I changed them to inventory, now it does not import those items.I have tried to open QBO in a incognito mode with the same results, as well as many different browsers.Any help with this issue will be appreciated.
