I have my QB info saved on my desktop for a quick sign in daily but I signed in yesterday and it signed me into QB Accounting, I have never touched that area of QB yet and wont need to so I dont know why it did that. I tried to switch back to QB online but it says it requires a different sign in. I haven't made another sign in and the one I have only signs me into QB Accounting. My job requires QB online desktop and I need to be able to switch back asap, what it seems like happened is that QB melded my info together into one account and prioritized QB accounting between the two so now I can't get in.
Our QBO account has been deactivated for more than a week ago. It is not possible to submit a support request without having an account, so I and other employee registered trial and address this question to the support. And we still didn't receive any reply from QB support. Did anyone has same troubles?
