We have an USD Bank account and we reconcile the bank every month. The ending balance in Usd always matches with the bank statement. However, when it’s converted to CAD- the home currency, it ends up with way much higher. The exchange rate is not approx 1.3, it’s around 2. I checked the transactions and its exchange rate, nothing weird. But I couldn’t understand why my US bank balance is so much higher in CAD. I tried to look into this and they have something call Home currency reevaluate. Please help!
The account was set up on the desktop, and I know you should be able to link in with the accounting app. She tries and it says no company is set up with that email yet? We verified the email, and she downloaded QuickBook Accounting app. Not sure where to go from here?
A company file was started on QBO in 2019 and then the following year (2020) a new company file was created on QB desktop for the same company . The were no opening entries for 2019 entered. Is there a way to import the 2020 data on QB desktop to QBO without replacing the 2019 data?
Hello everyone,Has anyone tried any third party integration to use to keep track of items with multiple lot numbers which have multiple expiry date?I have activate the lot number, and added a custome filed for the expiry date. This however is useless when an item have more than one lot number with more than one expiry date.
I work with QBOA always in incognito mode. In the last few months, I can not use chrome to log into the QuickBooks community to ask a question when in incognito mode. If I try to sign in to the community to ask a question, it takes me to the US support site and won't let me sign, I change the flag to Canada - click on sign in and back to the US flag. I go to community in the menu and click ask a question, I can ask the question but won't let me post it because I can't log in. Anybody else having this problem or have suggestions what settings I need to change to allow me to sign into the community when I am in incognito mode. (Yes I have added intuit.ca to my third party cookies), Thanks for your time.

How do I add a maintenance account to QB online. I am a subcontractor, and the company I work for has a maintenance account set up to where they deduct from my pay and add money to this account. And when I need a repair they deduct from my maintenance account to pay for the repairs. How do I set this up in QB?
Also, there is no way to email anyone to give feedback. Almost like they don't want feedback. I WANT THE DESKTOP APP BACK.
