I voided an incorrect invoice which was raised after a client asked for it to be changed and resent as two seperate invoices. however, what they hadn’t told me was they had sent it to their accounts department who are now asking for a credit note as it’s been entered into their system. how do I raise a credit note for a voided invoice?

I've installed a paid version (I do have an invoice) of Quickbooks Pro 2021 and cannot go past the activate stage. I've also uninstalled it and re-installed a couple of times, made sure that all the necessary details were correct (i.e. name, email, phone number) restarted the laptop to no avail!A page turns up saying "The website cannot display the page".The laptop runs Windows 10 Pro. Any ideas, suggestions please?

Hi I have an invoice to enter, I am using simple start so I have to enter as an expense but I am not sure how to enter this as the invoice is for Duty/deferment fee and vat. Could someone please advise as to how I would record these 3 amounts and which VAT rate I would use on the Duty and Fees ie exempt/zero or no vat ?Duty 61.51Vat 363.80Def fee 15.00 many thanks
Hi I have just signed up to QBO UK and don't haver the option of performance centre or Cash Flow on the left tab. Do I have to turn these options on somewhere?

Will the invoice design ever be improved? I use Quickbooks on the recommendation of my accountant and I find it fine to use.However, I run a design business and the state of the invoice templates is so shabby it is embarrassing.There is an option to change one font and one font size, yet QB displays the address font as tiny, the body as medium, and the payment details as huge. The leading on Arial is ridiculously large and different sizes in the address and payment text areas. I am not asking for any fancy features, I just want a consistent and professional look.A client uses Xero and his invoices are neat and fonts have a consistent size throughout the document.The idea that I have to use Microsoft Word as a design tool seems backwards and there are many discussions on here about the problematic results it produces. Anyway, does anyone know if there is a roadmap for improving the templates or customisation of forms, should I just move to Xero, or is there a decent way to override the
Hi There, We are a Hospitality SME and operate over a physical location and multiple event bars across the UK. We have a number of employees, some of which have the authority to invoice customers/make payments on behalf of the business. Those employees do not need full access to QB and shouldn't have! Is it possible to provide a login to someone where they can upload invoices/bills and/or invoice a client but not see anything else within QB? Something similar to Dext, however, it can be quite pricy for what it is actually doing. If this is not possible, can I make a feature request?

Over the last few days, everytime I go onto MY quickbooks account, I am asked for the following:1. Tick a captcha box2. Identify various pictures3. Get a code sentWHY????? I have not accepted 2 step authentication; nothing has changed my laptop is the same, the IP address is the same???? I resent this intrusion into my account. I understand that QB wants to ''keep us safe'', but there is a limited. If I were logging in under different circumstances than usual, I would understand. This is enough to want to make me leave qb.Furthermore, also lately, when I do finally get into MY account, all my settings have been changed???? I have an order of sequence which I display things like my currency accounts based on the priority, but they are all mixed up now. When will Spreadsheet Sync be available in the UK? As far as I can see it is only available in Online Advanced in the US...? Thanks
