How do I fix a error ,in my uncategorised asset there's a negative balance it should be zero posted to this account in error ,how do I fix this problem.
I am in Italy and my Quickbooks account is Australian-based. I am not using my Australian sim card in Europe, yet Quickbooks will not let me log in unless I ask for a code to be sent to that number. If I somehow get it to send a code to my email address (no idea how I got that bit working but I did), it does, but then it asks me for a code sent to the mobile number anyway, so effectively 3FA. This is unsupportable, I am effectively locked out of software service that I continue to pay for. Quickbooks seems incapable of dealing with businesses that work globally. This last sentence is just to stop this board thinking I am post flooding. So is this one.

Can I change format of profit and loss statement, athe moment owner expenses are deducted from profit is it possible, to adjust this .somehow ,and deduct from.net income..
Just purchased a new iPhone all my other apps are working except quickbooks. When I click on quick books it launches for a split second and just goes back to the iPhone Home Screen.Deleted the app and restarted the phone already. Any help would be appreciated.

Since my predecessor added a journal entry to correct a wages error, each monthly Profit and Loss statement since has included both the online banking withdrawal transaction and the details of a journal entry for the same amount as an expense, resulting in a doubling of the wages expenses. How do I get rid of this Journal Entry information?
I reset my app because of some small issues with syncing and have not been able to use it since. That was weeks ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it no longer gets past the “setting up your account” screen. Anyone else having this issue? iPhone 12 Pro Max IOS 17

We set up a super batch payment at the end of June with incorrect Precision payment details. 5 weeks later we re-paid the batch using the correct Precision payment details, but it has bounced back again. Could the payment details have changed given the 5 week gap between payments?
super fund not appearing in batch for one employee
is it best to change to 0 then make inactive or leave the balance and make part inactive?
