Is there a way to run a report for a supplier that shows which bills and credits have been matched in the banking screen?

Hi I have recently tried to add a refund from my company insurance, how do I enter this? To make things a little more complicated I have deposited it along with a customer payment so the receive payments will be one collective deposit made up of two payments from two sources? My in QBs help has the solution however the answer is obscured by the "see also", it goes right over the top of the answer! The in QBs Online does not work and the Support for QBs desktop shortcut works but does not come up with the same answer.Thanks in advance.

We typically receive federal grants for projects which are working with specific customers on. The project feature does not seem to have a way to bring in revenue from any other source than the customer tied to the project. Has anyone figured out a workaround solution for this? I don't want to class the grant revenue as coming from the customer. But when I class the revenue from the government foundation, it won't let me attach to the relevant project because it doesn't match the customer.
How do I buy and sell in different sizes of bottles (eg. 250mL, 500mL and one litre) but also track in mL?

Credit card used to work but was unlinked last month and recently relinked and hasn't downloaded a bank balance since. Cleared cache, unlinked and relinked a couple of times to see if that would do it, but no luck.
I'm sure I've posted about this before, but I can't find my original posting and it's not listed in my profile. Why does QBO for Mac insist on global shortcut keys? When I'm in Word, I used Command-Shift-O to show the list of recent files. But, with QBO running, I instead get taken to the Purchase Orders window. In Chrome, I use Command-Shift-T to reopen a recent tab. But, with QBO running, I instead get taken to the Estimates window. While I'm sure for some people QBO is important enough to have global shortcut keys, for me, and likely others, it isn't. If you want to keep the feature, at least make it configurable, so I don't to go back to QBO and shut it down out of annoyance.
