When I try to create an invoice, I get a sign saying the invoice cannot be created and ask me to refresh the page and try again.
Process for changing the starting number I know. How about creating an invoice , changing the number to a different-higher number- then having Quickbooks open the next invoice as the original number in the progression . For example. 1st invoice is 1, and next invoice is changed manually to 15,000- then the next invoice automatically reverts back to 2...any way to do that?

Hello,I use QB desktop version Manufacturing and Wholesale 24.0One of my credit card register views has turned gray and the vertical lines are no longer showing.Also, the "memo" column has been replaced with an "account" column. And the details are not opening when I double click on the line items. I cannot figure out how to get it back to a regular register view. It's driving me crazy.Can you help?
After I used the Write Off Invoices Tool for a certain customer, there is still a large open balance showing for that customer. The only open balance invoices that show when I click on it are for the current ones that I did not write off. How do I correct this?Enterprise User
Im using the QBO Desktop App, I do not login using a browser. Today I am getting this message when I try to print:To view your document in your browser, turn off your popup blocker and try again. Again, I am not in a browser window, I am in the Desktop App for Quickbooks online, and I have never received this message before today. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a setting I can change in the desktop app to allow popups?
Ok...I synced my Shopify and Quickbooks Online with the 'connector' because it said you can sync products and inventory levels. I'm having trouble I am trying to sync inventory and products between Quickboos Online and Shopify. Inventory deducted via a quickbooks invoice will also be deducted from Shopify inventory of the same product.Shopify inventory deduction via online sale will also be deducted from Quickbooks inventory of the same product. Is there a way to do this? Do I need a 3rd party app?If so, what is the best app to use?

Hello I read that Quickbook Desktop POS 19.0 will be impacted by Quickbook Desktop discontinuation policy after Oct 03,2023. So just wanted to clarify if Quickbook Desktop POS 19.0 is getting discontinued or the add on services supporting it like merchant account, etc. Thank you
Since May 7th when Quickbooks online switched to the new invoice I can no longer close and estimate. I have estimates that have not been approved or declined so I want to close them but when you try to do a status update, closing is no longer an option. If you are on the actual estimate and go to manage: your choices are pending, accepted, converted or declined and if you are in the customer list of transactions and click the down arrow next to edit/print your choices are pending, accepted, or declined. How do I close an estimate?
My file and multiple backups have lost the last +/- 12 months of data. I am using Quickbooks 2016. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Craig

Since a very recent update, we are now unable to add time charges (from QuickBooks Time) to an open invoice. I called support and they said that feature was removed from the new QBO interface but could not explain why. They said to send two invoices instead. Why would QuickBooks remove this time-saving feature???
I’m being charged over the $15 max on ACH transaction fees. In the last 4 months it’s over $112.00. Why? It’s suppose to be 1% not over $15 max. I called customer service yesterday & she tried to refund, and it wouldn’t let her and she also was denied. But she’s showing that it shouldn’t be over $15. Who do I call to get this taken care of? I inherited a QB file that has a ton of items received but never attached to the bill. goes back years and I would like to clean it up. I can't find a report for received items not billed.
