Does anyone else have TD banking? ive keep having an issue where it keeps giving me a 4009 and telling me it can't pull any transactions. my transactions for January have always been missing, but when I first made the account and uploaded receipts, it found the transactions and matched them. but when I search it can't show anything. This keeps happening every week I go to find transactions. when i reached out to customer service they asked for my login and password. Now it's giving me the 4009, but it can't show me any transactions. if you had this happen what did you do to fix it?
Hi TeamWe have observed that in our logs that on few days for example on Sep 1 and Sep 2 there are 15 -20 backup folders created with empty data. I am not sure how these empty folders are created. What I have seen is sometimes there are prompts to create a backup and when we click yes then the files get saved as a backup and we give the folder path but in this case over the weekend so many empty backup folders are created. Can anybody suggest how this is possible and resolution to stop these empty auto backups.ThanksBasanti
I don't know if this question is in the right place because I think it crosses into two separate areas. That said.... is there a way to "connect" customer invoices with the vendor bills for materials used to complete the job? I don't pay my vendors until I have been paid by the customer. When I receive a customer payment is there an alert that can be set up that says "hey you have bills associated with this invoice" or a report that I can pull so that I can pay them without having to search for them or keep a separate spreadsheet. I have looked through the reports and tried to do something custom but I just can't figure it out if it's possible. Thank you!
We have a customer that is also a vendor. When they pay their invoices, they tell us how much they are using as a comp write off. For example, they owe $20,000 but send a payment for $15,000 and are taking a comp write-off of $5,000. How do I record they comp write off and also apply the same amount to their invoices to us to reduce the amount that we owe them?
Does anyone know if we can add a Customer/Client Account Number to QBO without using a custom field? All I can seem to find is either adding a number to the chart of accounts or instructions for adding a number to the customer name or address fields. Did they remove the account number field in online? This should be a pretty standard field.Thanks,

I wrote a mortgage to a buyer for a property I own. In other words, I *made* a loan to them. I hold the paper. I have set up the loan (correctly, I hope), but need to know how to invoice monthly and track interest/principal.
Is it possible to someplace find all of the Feedback items that I've submitted over time? I'm going to start a list as I submit them now, but for all the ones I've previously submitted it's too late ... unless there is a list someplace in the bowels of QB! If the answer is no, there is no place for that, then I would guess a corresponding remark / advice would be to submit a Feedback suggestion to make that available. I know I wouldn't see that in my lifetime ... and that is probably why QB hasn't provided that type of information.

I'm just started using QB Desktop Premier for Nonprofits 2021. The bottom of some of the windows is cut off so I can't see the buttons. I've tried maximizing the window but there's no scrollbar either. How can I fix this? I've attached a screenshot.

Can't backup with IDP following all instructions in the "Can't Backup Article" for Firewall and Trusted Site. Always get Session Expired over and over. Going in circles. No errors in Diagnostics. Version is current. Tech Support for nearly 2 hours couldn't solve.
So i'm needing clarification on importing products and the NUANCE involved. I'm going to reiterate what my understanding is thus far, and hopefully someone can either validate me or correct me with clear examples and instructions. So my understanding is that to ADD for the first time ANY INVENTORY TYPE products, that the product name, product qty and qty as of date, are the MINIMUM required fields... if so that's odd that price etc aren't needed...i'd think that is needed to...but anyway... So my boss did an initial import with our new migration as of last week...Unfortunately he did it badly...apparently the spreadsheet he used had prices all mixed up with the wrong items, and lots of product didn't get added at all, and some product got added under the wrong sales account, etc... stuff like that. So i have since been tasked with FIXING all of that. So I have done searches using Copilot to ask, "in QBO is it possible to ONLY particular product fields, WITHOUT doing

I currently have non-inventory items that I am trying to change the dates on and everytime I change the date and try to save it I get a massage under the name that tells me to please make a valid entry. I do this all the time and yesterday started getting this message and it will not let me make changes. I even had a hard time entering a new item. How do I fix this

THIS HAS COST OUR SMALL BUSINESS THOUSAND OF DOLLARS AND QB IS STILL MESSING OUR BOOKS UP. WE FINALLY SWITCHED TO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE AND ARE NOT USING ANY POINT OF SALE SYSTEM, BUT WE FOUND THAT QUICKBOOKS ONLINE MAKES IS LOOK LIKE WE MADE MORE SALES THAN WHAT WE DID SINCE THE SWITCH FROM QB POS TO SHOPIFY WHICH IS GOING TO MESS UP OUR TAXES FOR THE YEAR. NOT ONLY THAT IT PUT INVENTORY, CUSTOMERS, AND VENDORS IN TWICE (SOMETIMES THREE TIMES). QUICKBOOKS ONLINE IS A NIGHTMARE WE CANNOT CHANGE THOSE "INFLATED" (QUICKBOOKS DATA TRANSFER ERRORS) TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR OUR TAXES. THE SAME CHECK BOOK ENTRIES SHOW UP MULTIPLE TIMES.
