Hello, my client has QB Desktop 2021 Premier installed on a [new] Windows PC as the "server" where the company file is stored. We are using Parallels on his Macs to sign into QB as a Windows VM.It seems too slow. Is there better way to handle this scenario? Thank you.

In Workforce, I'm trying to Check out and it's asking me to select a customer but we don't have customers. This is a setting that seems to get turned on when we add a new company that we've paid money to in Quickbooks.
In QBD 2021 and QB Enterprise 2021 I'm getting the following error when trying to view/export change file:"Something's not right. We're unable to complete your request at the moment, try again later." This has been happening for 2 weeks. I've been on the phone with support, they say they're aware of the problem, but it's not geting fixed. This is happening on 4 of my clients; 2 use QB Desktop 2021 and 2 use QB Enterprise 2021. Come on Intuit - FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!!!! It's tax season, end-of-year and clients are waiting!!!!!
I get a message stating:Exporting from QuickBooks Online PlusSorry, but something went wring on (time & date) when you requested that a company file be created for downloading. Please click Start Over to try again.I have tried again over 10 times and have opened a ticket with Intuit which has been escalated to the Engineering Dept. but there is no direct line to contact them and all the customer service people do is apologize for the inconvenience. It is so frustrating because we were supposed to start 2024 on the new platform. We are really behind. It is impacting our operations by putting our business at a halt.
We order many parts that need modification before they can be used in our primary assemblies. What I'm trying to do is create a system where unmodified parts don't slip through the cracks and interrupt production. For example, we use a gear box that must have precision dual flat spots machined into the shaft. Let's call the modified gear box item 1234. Additionally, I also have the unmodified version as 1234-NPP (NPP=Needs Post Processing) which is what the brand new items are received under. I converted 1234 to an assembly which only has 1234-NPP in the build. I've then created a new "work order" template for purchase orders (which I call WOPO). I create the WOPO with our own company as the vendor with Item 1234, who's description is "10:1 Planetary Reducing Gear Box (comes from 1234-NPP)" with a few blank lines and then detailed instructions on how to modify this part. I generate the WOPO and add a quantity of 5.&nb

I have Quickbooks Premier Non-Profit Edition 2021. However, it is set up as a for-profit. Also, It was before you had the Other section under Vendors to use for Donors, and I have some Donors in the Customer Section and others are listed as Other in the Vendor section. How can I straighten all this out into the Non-Profit program side?
