Hi everyone i am trying to import my inventory to QB Desktop , my products have parent child relationship i first imported all the parents into Item Number, and now i am trying to import the the inventory including all the fields, however i cannot see in the mapping the field for SUBITEM IF i have a very big inventory (over 130 K Skues) , so it will not let me past it into "Add/Edit Multiple List Entries"so i went to file > utilities > Import > Excel Files > and i choose Advanced Import it let me know map all my fields , but not the SUBITEM IF , if anyone can help here , what am i doing wrong ? Thank You
Help! This is the first time I am doing the 1099's and my boss has instructed me to use the QBO it will be very easy. We merged with Procore in the spring and so I have vendors that are checked for tracking for 1099's but they do not show up in my 1099 under reportable payments and another example of a issue is we have several vendors that have been paid prior to us using Procore and the only payment showing up is the ones prior because all it shows is the accounts we were using in QBO it does not show the cost codes that are used in Procore and now in QBO. I am already very nervous about doing these but now I really do not know how to handle. Procore has told me I would need to reach out to you all. Thanks
On my QB it shows was sent but they confirm have not received. Have already double checked contractor info on my end.
I have been trying to add an A/P Detail report to the icon bar. I was able to add an A/R one a while ago. But, for some reason, I am unable to add any reports to my icon bar. I tried a couple of other reports, went throught the appropriate steps, but the won't add. Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone have any suggestions or fixes?
I login to view my 1099 from an invite from another company. Then I only have the option of paying for a subscription in order to view and print it for my taxes. How do I just find it and print it without adding a subscription?
Whenever I open a new invoice, the "Print Later" check box is checked as the default. Is there a way to change the default to being unchecked?

Hi, I am getting ready to move from sandbox to production. Our app is a simple integration between our internal software and our QBO account. It will not be listed on the App store because it makes no sense to put it there. We will not have customers in the sense that other companies will use our integration to manipulate their QBO account. As such, why do I need launch URL etc? What do I need to put there in order to get Production keys?

Hi, So in our AR/AP Summary there are Journal Entries that were recorded to close some of the bills and invoices? Is there a way to match the JEs to the corresponding bills/invoices to close them out?
Small sports equipment manufacturer, selling B2C (Shopify) and B2B (Tradegecko). Dozens to Hundreds of sales transactions per week. I've been on QBC since October and have most of the bugs sorted out, but there are lingering sync issues related to payouts. My tax accountant is not familiar with QBC and cannot help us with bookkeeping, so I have to do it myself... But I am not an accountant, only a self-taught bookkeeper. We need to hire a QBC Bookkeeping Consultant or a regular bookkeeper to help. How do I find such a resource?
