I went as far as to disconnect my Venmo and try to reconnect it. I have tried in an incognito window, I have tried 2 different browsers, and it will not connect Venmo any longer. I was connected at one time.

Hello.We purchased the license for the quickbook desktop through Amazon.So, while installing and using the quickbook desktop, my computer broke down, so I installed it again on another computer.However, we can't take action because it's a duplicate license, and we can't contact the person in charge of Amazon.Can you initialize that license to register new equipment?I can't upload the information here, so if you let me know your email address, I'll send you our purchase history and license.
I have a new client using QB Desktop Pro. There's a very old reconciled deposit back in Y2021 shown up unreconciled on the books and the account beginning / ending balance does not match the bank statement. Previous accounting personnel either ignored it; or forced the account to balance by deleting and re-entering that particular deposit. It did not help to clear that transaction. Normally I will recommend to undo previous bank reconciliation up to the month that deposit happened and then do reconciliation again to bring the transaction cleared and the account up to date. But that transaction is in Y2021, that's a lot to undo the previous bank reconciliations. Is there's any suggestion to clear that deposit? Thank you!
Is anyone having issues with Snap Receipt on the Android App? It's been working fine on my droid until yesterday (been about 2 weeks since I last used it) and now it gets stuck on Uploading documents. I've restarted, reinstalled, cleaned files/etc. to increase available memory, WI-FI, cell data and no change. I tried it on an iphone and it worked fine. All my other apps on the droid work fine. Only thing I can see that is different is that there is now an option to sequence multiples.
I am trying to import into QB Enterprise a list of checks and journal entries (which I have done for years) and keep getting this error: "found a misplaced spl line in the import file". I have double-checked my file and the lines are all just as they have always been. Below is a sample that won't import. Can someone help me figure out why this won't import? Quickbooks online is so glitchy. Sending invoices via email I've had people say they get multiple emails and then other people say they never received them with no delivery error. Tried a few to myself same thing. Fix your product please.
We have QB premier manufacturing and wholesale edition 2020When entering in a new customer, there's a place to put in their phone number and email.But when I go to Create Invoice, Bill to doesn't show neither of them. When I look around to see if there's a way to include them in the Bill to box, I can't find any.I realize I can put the email in note in Edit Bill To, but that only allows enough space for either an email or a phone number. No way to include them both.For the way of our business, we NEED to include the customer's phone no. and their email under the address in the Bill to box. I'd appreciate if anyone can help me with this.

I recently took over as Treasurer of our HOA. I was handed a disc containing a .qbm and a .qbb file of our associations Jan-April finances.We have only a handful of houses in our association, and carry out less than a dozen transactions per year. I have no intention of using quickbooks going forward, because I can easily manage our minimal transactions with a simple excel spreadsheet. But I do need to get the Jan-April records. How can I read either of these files on my PC, for the purpose of importing them into excel.

Never had issues with VantagePoint. The fact it gives me an error with no suggestions on how to fix it is ridiculous. A company of this size and usage should have live support 24/7. I'm getting an error of "Something wnet wrong" when just clicking on the Time tab. I haven't entered time before. I've changed browsers and same problem.
