I would like to be able to duplicate bills from the list of bills. In QB Desktop Mac, there was a window with a complete list of bills, both paid and unpaid. I could highlight a bill and then either press the quickkey <Command-D> or pull down a menu to duplicate that bill. Then I simply changed the date and any other information manually and saved the new bill. That was a big time saver and helped with accuracy as well. Is there a way to do this in QuickBooks Online? I’m not seeing a window with all bills, but can access my Paid Bills, which is close enough. Once there, I’m not seeing any way to duplicate. I know I could set up recurring payments, but that isn’t really what I’m looking for. Thanks in advance, Tom
I have not been able to connect my Venmo account with QB transactions sine July. The QB agent said QB was aware of the problem and working on it. It is now 4 months and I need to close out the year. Any help would be appreciated!

I bought QB 2018 off ebay from someone and am trying to upgrade my 2015 version. I am unable to as the install menu for the new lic # makes me select one of the emails associated with that Lic. #, none of which are mine. How do I install this? I have the Lic #, product code and validation codes. Thanks so much!

For two months now I have received no help from the Quickbooks support problem that I reported and now the problem is urgent. The error message is "Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, call us so we can take a closer look". Maybe they meant to say give us a few months...

Our company recently sold a vehicle to an individual who is paying it off in 48 months. I am trying to set up the loan in Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2022 so that I can keep track of his payments with the amortization of the loan. If he pays more than the monthly payment, I need the loan tracker to update the additional principal, reduction of interest, etc. I know that Loan Manager has been discontinued, but I believe that was for tracking loans where payments were MADE by the company, not received. Any advice is appreciated!

A feature I was counting on was to be able to use my invoice and proposal templates. I just found out via quickbooks support chat that feature is no longer available. Your "customizable invoices" are unhelpful and dont include the what I need, required by Registrar of contractors in AZ. So now every time I want to write a proposal or invoice I have to do it twice? Once in quickbooks for the record and once in word for the format??There has to be a way to go around that or bring back uploading our own templates. This inconvience is enough to have me shopping elsewhere for my accounting software. so very disappointed.
