We are selling our business and would like to provide the new owner with certain information so that he does not have to manually enter the data into his company. We want to provide him the customer information. We would also like to give him the charge/invoice history for future reference if he has any questions about previous service costs, but we don't want this to mess up his running balances and such. We didn't use a chart of accounts or any kind of vendor payment options. We used QBO only to bill customers and post their payments, so it's not a lot of varied information. And of course, we don't want to give him the banking info for our company. Is there a way to provide this selected info? Also, by doing so, will he be able to import the info into his existing company or will he have to create a second company, thereby keeping it separate from his existing portfolio of customers? This morning tried to send several invoices using the batch actions option. After a few minutes an error appeared. "14 emails could not be sent due to an unexpected error." Error info does not provide much help. This is the first time I've had this problem. These are clients I send to regularly so I'm not looking at bad email problems. Is there something down on the QB servers? Any info would be appreciated.
That's a $50 price hike from last year. Is QB that under water in expenses it needs to charge that much more per customer in one year? Do you need help with your books?
Hi I have entered physical items in inventory, however, I want to delete them as they have changed - I belive you cant do that but can only make them inactive - when you do that they stay on the balance sheet which is very confusing - is there a way to remove them from the balance sheet?
We run a small summer beach club that operates for four months. QBO EasyStart is more than adequate for all our needs except for the need to invoice our members in May. Is it possible to turn on Advanced for a single month and then return to EasyStart? It will make life easier than marching through our membership list.

My 2022 desktop pro subscription is expired, I dont want to spend $560 to renew but want to go back to 2019 pro version. I didnt back save my current company to 2019. Is there any way to do this without renewing my subscription ? Thank you

When adding new time entries, the default is always last week. This is not the Time application; this is one employee that enters time.
For a vendor bill In the line items Is it possible to drag down on the following columns: Customer ClassProductALL THREE It is crazy to me we have to input the data individually if it is the same thing above. The more line items, the more frustrating this gets. Has anyone found a workaround for this?!

Hello, I have a new client that is paying directly for Quickbooks online plus. He would like to move his subscription over to me so I can get my Proadvisor discount and pass along some savings to him. I am completely fine with this but not quite sure how to do it.If I simply change the billing to me then a discount is not offered. My understanding is he would need to cancel his account and then I would add a new account and bring all his data over. Seem like a lot of work Any help or insight is GREATLY appreciatedThanksSteve
All of a sudden, when selecting "Save and Close", it is saving my work, but not closing the page. I've seen this question asked on here and tried the solutions, but still not working. I usually use Chrome, but opened my QBO in FireFox and still have the same problem.

I created a new company as Admin with an Admin username and password. I now need to create myself as a separate user with a different username and password - but the same email address. The error is that there is already a user with that email address. I am using QB Enterprise Desktop. Could you please help me with this?

Until recently, I have not had any issue creating letters to send to my customers using Microsoft Word templates within the Customer Center. After I select the recipients and a template and get to the screen where it shows Name and Title, I click next and a dialog box appears that says "Creating letters. Please wait..." The box then disappears and nothing opens up in Word. I am using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2019 and Microsoft Word 365 on a Windows 10 Pro desktop. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, have you found a solution? Thanks in advance!
