I want to be able to process credit card payments through my bank, not Quickbooks. Is that possible?
I am attempting to use Quickbooks to help manage the finances for my condo association. I would like for unit owners to be able to pay their condo fees via Quickbooks and have setup a reoccurring payment link. A unit owner just made her first payment and it looks as though Quickbooks is registering that a payment has been made, but I need to supply additional information prior to being able to accept that money. I'm being asked for info specific to my business (like my EIN, SSN, birthday, address, etc.). I'm able to supply the EIN, but would I simply enter the last 4 digits of my own SSN? And my own birthday? Does it matter? If someone could provide me with some guidance, I'd appreciate it. Thank you, Tom [Last name removed]

Leads me into getting 1 free month trial. but still charges me $35. then i go ahead and try to create a customer or invoice. says i’m not subscribed. I check. says i am subscribed. so i try subscribing AGAIN. works fine went thru and got charged the $35 AGAIN. after going with 1month free trial. So now i’m down 80 bucks and unable to use this shitty shit. Talk about First impression. Yet you guys can charge me twice but get in unable to fucking add a customer.
Why doesnt quickbooks work with Android?
I have a Project setup with hours assigned for the employees who are authorized to charge against the project. How do I put a funded amount associated with the project to allow for tracking the hours worked against the amount of funding received? This is mainly for U.S. government contracting. I have created an Uber Pro Card account and on their website it says that the account is held by Evolve Bank & Trust. If I want to link this bank account do I use my uber account information, or do I need to make another account on Evolve Bank & Trust and use that to login? Is it possible to directly connect the Uber Pro Card account to QB?
