I do not use QB Bill Pay and would like to know how to remove it and the page that pops up every time I try to pay a bill. I print checks & mail them.
I do not want the Reminders at all in my QB online. How can it be removed?

Before the switch to paypal connector, I could match outgoing transfers from my credit card to incoming transfers in paypal. These transfers are funding expenses. Now, when I look at paypal app transactions, I see the outgoing payment to vendors, but not the incoming funds from my credit card. I have nothing to match the credit card transfers to. Please help! Paypal has always been glitchy in Quickbooks, and I was hoping this new system would make it better!
Intuit has recently introduced some new errors into Intuit Quickbooks online payroll, and I'm wondering how to report them to Intuit. 1. My state income-tax payments now show up as Tax Withdrawals instead of Tax Payments as they previously did. 2. The different category doesn't bother me, but the state income-tax withdrawals do not show up on the list of transactions to export. I want to export those payments to Quicken. 3. Another new error is that pressing the Cancel button or the X (close) button on the Export screen causes the program to go into an endless "busy" loop. I can get it out of that endless loop by pressing the F5 key, but I never had this problem until recently.
How do I see the mileage I have been tracking in the financial reports? My client has been tracking for a year and I do not see anything on the P&L or the Balance Sheet.

My uploaded logo doesn't show on the main QB screen even though I uploaded it.
In the past few days several of my commonly used accounts have disappeared from my chart of accounts. I try to use one of them by typing it in the account box as I add a transaction, and get a message that no such account exists and I should set it up. Have I hidden these somewhere or is there another solution. Several were missing last week and more have disappeared today.
I get an error that says "Darn. File upload failed. (Probably our fault.) Please give it another try. If you see this message again, you might need to contact us." I've tried several times now and the "contact us" options only send me to the community forum instead of anyone actually contacting me from QuickBooks.
I just installed Quickbooks Desktop 2016 and cannot preview or print pay stubs. All else seems to print fine. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks
My business account looks to be unsinkable because it has no website, only a mobile app. Without linking to this account, how can I use quicbooks? There does not seem to be a way past this.
I downloaded credit card transactions from the bank which covers all of 2024, but QB is only importing a few months worth. When I try to add the .csv manually (to upload older transaction), I get the error mentioned above.
