Posting only to try and get attention of QB developers. The mobile deposit option is a nightmare; my tiny bank in my tiny town works better ... and I am forced to *keep* an account at that tiny bank because I have two clients whose checks always result in the "oops, that check cannot be deposited" error on the mobile app. My account is approved to deposit checks. These are business checks, both with watermarks and perfectly clear writing, slightly longer than normal personal checks.I've spoken with support on multiple occasions and they have zero power or knowledge to fix the problem - it simply is the worse mobile deposit I've ever encountered and since it is the ONLY way to deposit checks into QB Bank / GreenDot it makes it even more annoying. To whomever manages this aspect of the mobile app: *****please get it fixed****** it cannot even hold a check if it's not sure what to do, and like many, I have clients who must pay with a check. It truly is absurd. The first time I co
My $20,000 in deposits are being held and have not been released. I now understand after reading the same story over and over, that this has happened repeatedly to others and Intuit has no intention of releasing my deposits quickly. It has damaged my business. I am collecting customers and stories to file a class action lawsuit against Intuit. I am encouraging anyone who has had Quicken hold deposits to send me an email at [removed]. I am current compiling facts and customers to file a class action lawsuit against Intuit. This must stop. I will be posting and reposting this on all social media.

Does anyone know how to make my company logo appear on generated reports (BS, IS, memorized reports) within QuickBooks Desktop? All of the other form posts I've seen have given me solutions for QBO, but my company recently switched to QBD. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Worth noting, I have uploaded our company logo to invoices and purchase orders, but there is no option for 'reports' in the template editor/list. Thank you!

hi, i can't open https://qbo.intuit.com/app/chartofaccounts pages
I'm a non-finance person who was tasked with setting up QBO for a small nonprofit a few years ago. I kept things very simple, using "Sales Receipts" for income transactions like donations, membership dues, ticket sales, and "Expenditures" for all expense transactions. Now I'm getting ready to hand the job over to a new member with a CPA background and thought I'd try to move the budget report into QBO (we've been doing it manually with Excel). I just noticed that the Sales Receipts aren't being captured in a budget report (direct bank deposits and expenditures are being categorized but these manual sales entries are not). Attached screenshot of transactions shows one direct deposit categorized 4010 for membership dues, and the bottom 3 entries (check depand I'm wondering if I need to add categories to the screen where the sales transactions are entered. If that's the trick, how do I do it and can it be done retroactively? We will be starting a new FY on July 1, so going forward would b
I can run reports on sales by Customer Type or a list by Type, but no P&L... would be really helpful...
I efiled my 941 tax deposit but it was set to be withdrawn on a holiday (I'm guessing) and it was rejected. I've just now noticed it when it wasn't on my bank statement. Is there a way I can re-file this through Quickbooks payroll?
I know QB desktop has the functionality to add alternating shaded lines to a QB report (Balance sheet, etc.) but I can't find that option anywhere in QBO's report area. Seems absurd to not include it, since its a very basic function that adds to the usability of the report. Does anyone know how to add the shaded lines in QBO's reports?
Hi! I've just opened a new business, but I've been using QBO for nearly a decade with another business. Since my business is design-focused, I'd like to control the look of my invoice and make it customized beyond what is offered through QB's invoice templates. In my other business, I've always created my own template in Word and then uploaded through the Import option, but this option doesn't seem to be available in this instance of QBO for my new business (same service level): I tried asking for Help through QB, and the person I chatted with either didn't understand or couldn't give me an answer. What happened, or is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance for any insight here!
Single payment that I need to apply to 2 sub-client invoices
I'm trying to get help with reversing a payroll. Here is the history:1) I processed a payroll for an employee manually. 2 hours later it didn't show up as processed. So I assumed it didn't go though and processed it again. Then right away it indicated processed.2) I received a message from QB the next day indicating there was a problem with the payroll and would be delayed a day. 3) next day I see that the payroll was duplicated. I go on support with an agent, we did screenshare, saw the issue, and the agent showed me how to reverse it. I clicked reverse, then they confirmed on their end and would take 1 business day to receive the funds.4) a week later nothing had been received. I did another agent chat (who had no access to previous case) and they indicated it would take up to 5 business days. They wanted me to re-request the reversal (I questioned but they indicated it would help). we tried on QB online, wouldn't allow. Then they said to do it on an online form. Tried but could
How do I show that that this invoice is paid after the fact? Don't I need to match the Cheque to this now entered Invoice? And how do I do that?
When two users are creating Purchase Orders at the same time they are being overwritten, is there a flag or setting to prevent this? (it was happening when creating Estimate on the Sales side but we have now changed the flag so that the Estimate number is given at the end, rather than the beginning and presume this is a similar problem?

How do I make QB Desktop Premier Nonprofit 2020 STOP adding G/L accounts at will. Every time I open QB, I see that they have added Cost of Goods and Inventory Asset, neither of which are needed? Why are they allowed to change my books in this way?
I have pending items showing on my checking account that has been there for months
