just converted from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks online. I had memorized transactions for payments that converted to recurring transactions. They are set-up as reminders because the amounts might change each month (i.e. utility bills). Is there a way to enter these transactions prior to the reminder date? When I receive the utility bill I would like to enter the recurring transaction for the upcoming month but can't figure out how to do this in QuickBooks online.

We use classes to segment projects and different lines of business. However, there are many corporate transactions for which a class is not specified. I'd like to run a P&L that includes transactions with certain class designations AS WELL AS those for which the Class is Unspecified. I don't see a way to do this other than by generating a P&L for all classes, exporting it to Excel, deleting the classes I don't need, and sum up the results. This is a huge pain and has to be re-done every time there's new data. Question 1: Is there a way to generate a P&L and filter by certain classes AND unspecified? Question 2: If the answer to question 1 is No, then I suppose I could go in and add a Class to all transactions for which class is currently unspecified. Is there a way to do this in bulk? I can't take the time to individually edit thousands of transactions that have no Class specified.
Using QBO
We have a small auto repair shop. We used QB 2021 until 9/30/2022 when we decided to install Protractor (shop management software which includes accounting). We have now decided to switch to Shop Monkey (shop management software which expects to feed QB) as protractor was not meeting our needs.I need to import the parts inventory transactions from 10/1/2022 to 12/31/2023 and cannot see how to do it. The inventory template does not have a purchase date, So I assume it is expecting a snapshot of the inventory (in this case at 12/31/2023) rather than the transactions to roll the old inventory forward.Is there any way to import the transactions?Thanks

I HAVE A PROBLEM CONNECT WISE TO MY QUICKBOOKS BANK
Long story short - I approved, exported, then unapproved all time for the month of May, for myself and my sole employee. The approvals report in Quickbooks time shows that all hours are unapproved. There are no corresponding time entries in QBO invoices. This is as it should be. However, in the QBT time sheet itself, all of the entries are locked. Attempting to edit them generates an error message that I cannot edit because it is approved and exported, and gives me the hint to try again after a manager unapproves or rejects the time sheet. But the sheet is unapproved. I am not given an option on the approvals page to reject.
I recently added a new credit card to my Chase account, which is already connected to QuickBooks Online for other credit card accounts. However, when I try to relink or update the connection, the new credit card does not appear as an option to connect, even though my existing Chase credit card accounts are visible and connected. I have verified that the new credit card is active, linked and accessible through Chase. How can I ensure the new credit card appears in QuickBooks so I can link it to my Chart of Accounts?
Our company purchased QB Desktop Pro 2024 at the beginning of 2024. Non-subscription. Intuit just tried to charge me $999. Expired CC. Not sure why the charge. But now I am locked out. Can't access QB software -- all of our records. How do I actually contact someone at Intuit? Can I continue to use QB Desktop Pro 2024 without incurring additional annual charges? Thank you.
