Hi, Does anybody know of a report please that shows the outstanding (unpaid) amount of customer invoices net of Vat (sales tax). I can only find reports with amounts that include sales tax. Thanks.
HiI've started a new job and my predecessor has been using both s20 and s vat codes for sales and purchases.Is there a right and wrong for when each code should be applied please?
Hi - Can anyone confirm if the supplier bill import can include not only the nominal GL code but can also include or be mapped to import the location and class data that we use for further analysis - by having this data added to the compiled import file ? Thanks
Any one managed to get the automatic feed from Thier bank to work? Hi. I have a business savings account with a bank that does not support direct connection to Quickbooks. Previously I manually added transactions and as a result the savings account doesn't appear on the dashboard which is inconvenient. I know that I can manually import transactions from a properly formatted CSV file and that accounts added in this way should appear on the dashboard. My question is this. If I add new transactions to the business savings account using the CSV method, leaving the previously manually added ones in place, will this cause the account to appear on the dashboard or will I have to delete the manually added ones and then reimport from the start. This option may be complicated as the transactions are all transfers from another account and deleting one side of the transfer might mess things up.
I'm relatively new to the online payroll as up until April I was using Quickbooks desktop. I need to know the best process of making an employees a leaver in the online Advanced payroll. I notice it is termed "termination" and not leaver. I wasn't sure if I needed to run the last pay run and then terminate the employee afterwards or as I have now read, run the payroll at the same time as making them a leaver, via the action tab. As it happens I have already run the payroll and submitted an FPS as I would have done in the desktop version. I then terminated the employee but how do I send a manual FPS to let the HMRC know? Should I have done it all in with the payrun before I submitted the FPS? Not sure which is the best way to do it.

QB online is running very slow on everything i try and do its so un bearable !Tried different places with different internet everything else online and my computer runs perfect no issues with internet.Cleared CACHE and cookies etcTried different computers such as apple and windowsTried different web browserstried rebooting all computers and routersNothing works.Something is wrong with my QB online which needs sorting ASAP as i can’t do my expenses invoices or anything its embarrassing and frustrating.Problem at QB end not mine for sure!!!Been like this for weeks now needs sorting fast.Even the online chat doesn’t work as no option to talk to anyone even though it says open Mon-Sun 8:00am til 10:00pmWhat’s going on!?!
Hi I in error changed tax year to 25/26 how do I change it back to 24/25 it says it can be changed in payroll settings but there is no drop down to change it back please help as I cant do payroll today x
I have had 2 extremely frustrating conversations with support over Live Chat (turns out it was an AI Bot!!) and as well as over a phone call - so I am hoping the a human from Intuit reads this post and can escalate. There seems to be a bug with the 'Bundle' products & services: 1. "Display bundle items when printing or sending transactions" does not work as expected - despite having it unchecked it still always shows on invoices/estimates. I tried unchecking on an existing bundle and a new bundle - both don't work. 2. I created a new 'test' bundle with no items, which did seem to display "Your customer won’t see any of the items in this bundle" on invoices however when I add products to the bundle they do not show on the invoice despite clearing visible on the bundle when I view the 'edit bundle' UI. I am using the latest version of Chrome, although the issue persists when using Safari, and I have tried clearing browser cache. Pleeeaaasse can someone look into this. Thank you!
And when I go to the transactions page within QuickBooks it still prompts me to connect an account although I already have connected an account. When I click refresh it hangs on “connecting to Monzo (UK)” and nothing ever happens so I have to close the app and re-open it.
