How do I talk to customer services
The invoice button has disappeared from my Home Screen and I can’t find an invoice button anywhere- I’m totally unable to send invoices. I’ve tried updating the app, reinstalling the app.
Hi there Im using QBO, when I raise an invoice I need to show a date range for each line I enter so my customer understands exactly what period I am charging them for. Currently I can only enter one a single date but need to show them the period E.g: 01/01/2020 - 08/01/2020 I am using the Airy Classic Template, Does anyone know how I could achieve this, if necessary Id be willing to change template if there was another that offered this option? Thanks in advance
Please help if you can the bank has received a deposit refund from a supplier I do not want to raise a credit note as the bank has been reconciled in respect of this invoice payment some months again s how do I note a refund in qb

I have a UK based client who sells on the web both in the UK and EU and has warehouses in the EU from which EU customers are supplied on sales through Amazon. The EU vat is either paid by Amazon on behalf of the client or through a vat account the client has set up for the relevant country. My client uses a 3rd party to export the Amazon EU sales to QuickBooks Online which creates invoices which include the EU vat which is shown as 20% vat although the vat amount is at the relevant rate for the country. As the EU vat has already been paid I am using an App to gross up the net amount, so the invoice reconciles with the payment, and reduce the vat to nil coded as no vat. No vat is, thus, payable to HMRC. However, the sales are then overstated and need reducing by the relevant EU vat rates which can be done by a journal between sales and the bank accounts from which the EU vat has been paid.Is this the correct procedure or is there an alternative ?
On P60, New address is shown but on payslips still shows the old addresss.

I am a small new business. I'm a sole trader using quickbooks self employed. I've taken money from my business account using "owner withdrawal". The amount is reflected in my bank account, but my quickbooks balance doesn't change ? How to reconcile this please so my bank balance and qb balance match ? (My personal account isn't linked with qb)

We work on projects and need to be able to manipulate the budgets if things change and within the planner its very labour intensive so would like to set up a project with its budgets that can be drilled into but then it to feed into the overall Company budgets
If looking at the page without clicking edit then all the fields are there. If you click edit, the fax field becomes elongated and the mobile field has gone.
When I import multiple bills into QBO, I can't get the customer/project field or the class field to upload. It is entered on my CSV but just doesn't populate in QBO. I then have to go individually into the bills to add them in by which time I may aswell have just posted the bill manually. Why can't these fields upload or am I doing something incorrectly?
Everything is up to date and been switched on and off, redownloaded etc. it’s like the app is literally, not all there. It’s useless. I’m using it like normal without problem on my iPad though I’m not techy lol Can anyone help me please?
The custom form styles mean we cannot raise an invoice in EUR instead of GBP and we cannot use our German VAT number instead of UK VAT number.
