I have set up custom reports and clicked share with all but the other users cannot see the reports- any ideas how I fix this problem?
When I upload a bulk credit note and mark that it is to be exclusive of VAT the amount isn't correct - I change the editable vat to be inclusive, then back to exclusive and then the amount if correct - is this a bug or something I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance

I have seen another thread on this with an update from QBO that it will be resolved by 29 april- It is still an error on my side. anyone has any update on this?
What if instead of subjecting people to glare from a bright white screen of QBO all day, QB offered a more comfortable alternative in the UK? Shouldn't we consider Dark Mode as a standard feature, especially since it's available for our counterparts in the US who prioritize eye comfort?

Hi. I have been using 2012 desktop for many years and now have to move to online which is a great shame. However on restoring an essential but historic company file (required for legal reasons) the programme is now asking for an administrator password which we have never set up. The utilities from QB to reset the password do not work. I tried setting up a new company which went ok until it was reopened and again, it is asking for the administrator password. Two other businesses continue to operate without issue in the same programme. Does anyone have any idea how to proceed please?
Hi, Extremely new to QB and something has come up which I am confused about. I have scanned documents to Autoentry and selected pay, then pay bill and use the credit card. In the chart of accounts, the account type us set to credit card and the detail type is set to credit card. The QB balance is showing as minus £50k and when I pay a bill in Autoentry, the QB card balance decreases which is the opposite of what I am expecting. As an example, QB balance is minus £50k, a purchase invoice with a value of £1k is paid off and the QB balance goes down to £49k and not up to £51k.Why is this, please?

I recently noticed that the user function has changed and what they now have access to is much broader than I have given permission for originally.I have users that are "Standard Limited - CUSTOMER only" , however I have noted that they now have access to FULL Management Reports for my business, so they have access to many high level reports and numbers, Vat reports, Company Overview, expenses. This is not acceptable....I have not given permission for this information to be available and I do not want it to be made available. This is a breach of data as I have not given permission for this access that Quick books have given. This is outside of the remit of these staff members.Please urgently advise how this will be fixed as the permissions do not allow for me to remove this currently.Regards.
