Intuit have unilaterally decided they are withdrawing support for French bank feeds from 1/1/24. How is this acceptable?
Are any other HSBC Business customers having issues when updating the banking transaction feed? I have for the past week had the following error come up whenever I try to update “Connection error! We’re fixing our connection to this bank as quickly as possible! Try updating again tomorrow!” I see Xero have identified that there is a problem with HSBC Business Banking and informed there customers - but nothing from Quickbooks?

It seems to be impossible for me to connect my Cooperative Business Bank account to quickbooks. I have raised the issue with QB and they have failed to sort it out. Has anyone else managed it or is it just me :-(
In my sales report it looks like I have earned double, which would have been nice if it were true! I have created invoices and when the deposits were made I have clicked paid. However the payments are also showing as deposits. I am not sure which to delete or how. I hope some one will be able to explain.thanksKR

Dear all, whenever I run payroll for salaries below £850, QB online removes the option of making pension contributions. However, I do need to make these and want to run this through Payroll. Why is this option removed for salaries below £850 and why can't I change this? please advise on how to adjust this. I need to make contributions independent of the salary amount. Thank you

Hi,My stripe account within QB has become a giant mess! it doesn't balance with multiple errors across thousands of transactions.I had 2 stripe accounts which imported into one QB stripe account, one of these accounts only ran for about a month the other is still in use.When I run a report on Stripe, the data looks as it should but within QB all the dates are different and some of the ammounts are split with no consistency.I was wondering if there is a way to basically delete all data in the stripe accounts from them starting (early 2022) and then import the two accounts worth of transactions to quickbooks. If I do this, will it mess up the transactions that have been marked as paid from the current data or will it sync ok?
We stopped using QB Time and our subscription at the start of the year. I still get a weekly email telling me we booked no time (obviously not).The unsubscribe button takes me to a login page and a button to renew our subscription - anyone know a way to unsubscribe from QB Time emails without buying a subscription? I think it is a legal requirement to allow people to unsubscribe from mailing lists? Thanks
Hello,Following the recent upgrade of QuickBooks Online, there have been notable performance issues encountered specifically with the new version of reports. In certain instances, the reports load quite slowly or intermittently, especially when handling large search periods. Previously, such functionality was smoother in the classic view version.However, the classic view, which had been functioning adequately before the upgrade, now presents issues when specifying custom date ranges, such as selecting "Custom" for the report period from 01/11/2023 to 15/11/2023. This action results in the system behaving erratically, particularly when attempting to customize columns and settings.I am curious to know if anyone are experiencing similar issues and what measures have been taken to address this matter.Thank you for your attention to this concern.Best Regards,Shaun
Hi, how do I account for tangible assets whose cost has been claimed under the Annual Investment Allowance? The only previous answer I could find was the usual slightly unhelpful "ask an accountant". I'd expect this is something that affects everyone and that there should be a simple answer but it's confusing me at the moment. Any help is gratefully appreciated.
Hi, I e-mail all of my supplier invoices into QB, then use the 'Review details' screen to add the missing info. I have found over the last few monthsthat I can no longer tab from 'Description' to Account/Category' to 'Bill No.' so I am having to use the mouse making the process much more time consuming. I have found this using different PCs and laptops and using the app and browser, so I don't think the issue is at my end. Does anyone else have this problem?

HiI currently use Quickbooks payroll but would like to add the funcationality so employees can request leave and then a manager (3 managers of teams of 6) can get the requests and approve themselves. I cant seem to get this to work like I want it too.Also ive downloaded the workzone app and the leave balance doesnt change as you request or take the leave - has anyone else seen this?Thank youLG
