I try log in using my quickbooks I'd but keeps saying an error occurred.
When I send invoices to clients from my desktop app I don't get the email popping up so I can change the body of text. When I send from my phone app I can. Is there a way to standardise your email text body on your account? At the moment it reads 'Hey name' which sounds unprofessional so I change each time when sending from my phone. I'm on QB self-employed. Thanks.

I'm looking to import clients in from a CSV file into my QB time customers area. It gives me an option to delete all the existing customers and import a complete fresh set of customers. My question is would that delete the existing data we have for the clients on our previous timesheets?
I'm trying to import clients from a software into QB time for timesheet purposes.It gives me an option to completely delete the current ones and replace them with a whole fresh set of clients.Will this delete the data of clients info entered in previous timesheets?
Ive set up a user to be able to add additional time worked through the employee portal. The only option is to enter the number of "units". The worktype set up is for units to be hours. The timesheet report in payroll only shows the number of units entered - but does not show the time although there is space for time in the report.
I started free trial of QBO Plus. A few days or so in the trial, I get banner of 50% off for 6 months. I click and fill out Billing details. I now want to cancel. It says "SUBSCRIBED Next charge on 17/07/2020 after trial ends". When I click "Cancel Subscription" it does not have link or button to cancel. I do not want to be charged for this subscription. Several calls to Intuit/QBO UK have been futile. I shall be calling again Monday 22/6/20.Help!!!!
I have a new bank account which I have linked, and I want to unlink the old bank account but keep all my historic transactions.I read that I should toggle the ‘show account’ or ‘show bank’ to OFF that way the old transactions are still there but it stops downloading new ones, but I don’t have this ‘show account or ‘show bank’ toggle option, I can’t find it anywhere. The only options I have it unlink the bank account which I don’t want to do as I will lose my historic transactions, can anyone help?
I recently switched bank accounts and I would like to disconnect my old bank account from QB. However, I would like to keep all previous historic transactions associated with that bank account and that have been imported into QB. I read somewhere that as long as I have reviewed them, they will all be kept in QB. However, when I was about to delete an old bank account, there was a warning that ALL transactions associated with that account would also be deleted!Can someone please help .. :-)
I WAS CYBER ATTACKED AND HAD TO FORMAT MY COMPUTER. I RE-DOWNLOADED A FRESH COPY OF QB AND IT WILL NOT FUNCTION. NOT EVEN LOAD. I HAVE CRITICAL WORK TO COMPLETE TODAY AND CANNOT LOAD QB ENTERPRISE

Hi, We used to be able to split a payment between clients or, if a bulk payment was paid, between invoices. this seems to not be the case and we now have somehow ended up some kind of credit which, when new invoices have been raised, hav come up as automatically paid due to the non-existing credit. we cant send the client the 'paid' invoice and I have no idea what to do. We tried to delet the payment from the invoices but that hasnt worked. I am a very basic QB user so gratful for your help please.
I understand that ‘Retained Earnings’ is a cumulative total from day 1 in QB. In our balance sheet we also have a figure for ‘Surplus/Deficit. What is the difference between ‘Retained Earnings’ and ‘Surplus/Deficit’ ? Thankyou’
