hi all ,is it possible that box 24 is higher than box 14 since the company pension plan is added in box 24 but not in box 14 , it is a non taxable benefit and should not e added to box 14 ?should the company pension plan (employer contribution) added to box 24? is teh below accurate : Box 14 (Employment income): This box typically includes all types of employment income, including salary, wages, bonuses, taxable benefits, and any other compensation received from the employer.(RPP employer contribution is not taxable benefit that’s why it should not be added in box 14, only employee contribution is added ) Box 24 (RPP contributions): This box specifically represents the total amount of contributions made by both the employer and the employee to a Registered Pension Plan (RPP) during the tax year. thanks
What account(s) does a delayed credit impact before it is applied to an invoice?

Hello, We made a tax payment for the BC PST, and we received a refund cheque. When I go to the filed return in QBO, and enter the refund amount is the 'Record Refund' option, it grays out the #3 checkmark box in the Paid section. Is there a way to process this properly so that it appears properly as Paid? Please see image. Thanks!
When trying to match transactions from my bank to QuickBooks the app on my phone will not let me, it either tells me to try using the computer or that the amount doesn't add even though it does. This app has been getting worse every update they do.

Is there a way to include unpaid bills in the costs of a project. I want unpaid bills to be included in costs when I look at a project on quickbooks online.
We have a new Visa, same bank but different types. The bank transferred the balances but now in feeds QB shows both old and new. Can I combine them?
