I am still working through 2022 and will no longer be using 2023, but when I unlink accounts I lose all the transactions that have not added from the feed and have to re-link but do not want the 2023 data to keep transferring in

As a service company I have a number of different products in my "Products/Services List". I organise it by the supplying company and then by the category of product then name and SKU.  When creating and invoice, I go to add a product however it is organising by name instead of SKU number. I would prefer it to be organised by the SKU number I assigned.  How can I change how the "Products" are sorted when I go to create an invoice?

I am starting quickbooks and am entering past paid invoices for 2023 as sales receipts.  How do i link them to the corresponding deposits so the income isn't doubled.

I have a requirement to garnish an employee from gross pay.  I don't the proper garnishment in the drop down, can I add it?

Hi,I am Munir. I have a few questions as under:Is every transaction, that we record in QB desktop in the shape of bill or invoice etc, recorded in Journal automatically by QuickBooks desktop. Are the entries that we record as journal entries also found in the same journal. Is there any figure in Profit and loss account or Balance sheet which is not found in Journal.   I shall be thankful for detailed replies. Munir
