The line that shows payroll taxes shows a much lesser amount than what we have actually paid
We are using Quickbooks desktop but at the same time using POS RMS version-2. All sales transactions and inventory is recorded in POS while only bills are entered in Quickbooks. What is the appropriate method to transfer sales and inventory related transactions in Quickbooks from POS. Is this a practice in some other companies?There are three methods in my opinion as under: 1. Transfer data through some app or excel periodically.2. Record all transactions in QuickBooks as well3. Transfer sales figures in in Quickbooks through a journal entry on monthly or quarterly basis.If I transfer sales figure through journal entry on monthly basis, what would be the journal entry i.e. which accounts to be debited and which accounts to be credited.
If someone successfully transferred sales transactions from POS to Quickbooks desktop, please tell me the procedure in detail.

We have an external Time Management APP - Clockshark and every once in a while it will throw out my balance sheet by adding an extra line to the paycheques details (after it's been saved) and throws out my Balance Sheet (uncategorized exp.) Anyone else have this problemThanks 😉

I had to make adjustments to the GST Consolidation when i set up QBO in order to make the old accounts inactive(migrated from sage). Now the tax page is not showing the correct amounts for GST. I used a Gen J. to transfer the GST. In my Account history for GST Payable it is correct.
Has anyone been able to link the new Allia (previously Accès D by Caisse Alliance) banking platform totheir QBO bank feed?
