As of now, 7:15 a.m., scheduled recurring invoices are not showing on my QBO. According to the following link, the invoices should appear between 12 am and 5 am. Subscription issue
I've searched for this answer and it looks like all the threads regarding this have been removed. I think QB is somehow accessing my desktop to determine how many employees we have and then I get billed accordingly. If I look in my windows 'start' area I see under the user and admin log in it has an additional QBdataserviceuser33 - I noticed this awhile ago and deleted a bunch of them but they seem to just pop up again. How are they able to access my data when it has a password. I imagine I agreed to this in some fine print somewhere but I am very creeped out about this and would like to be able to block them. If they want to charge per employee I would much rather send a report than have them able to mess around in my highly confidential information.I guess my

I know that QuickBooks currently does not have the option for an employee to only have access to entering invoices without seeing all of the company financials. Is there another third party invoicing app/platform recommendation that can then be uploaded to QuickBooks after they enter their invoices remotely from the job site?
My bank transactions only show up for the first few months of the year and then stop. It seems connected to when I submit my taxes??
