Hi there! I have a two part question:1) We currently use QBO advanced and have the ability in our spreadsheet sync reports to run consolidated statements (because we have around 17 separate Qbooks files that we need to roll up). Currently our spreadsheet sync only contains 4 report options in the 'Run Multi-company report' option: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss by class, Profit and loss, and Trial balance. As a retail business, its critical that we prepare consolidated reports with our 'Location' information as well, which we are having to manually consolidate right now. Is there an easy way to add an existing QBO report 'Profit and Loss by Location' into spreadsheet sync so we can run it as a consolidated report? Or do you have any other recommendations to avoid this manual process monthly?2) On a similar note, we are rolling up several entities in our legal org structure, meaning we will be amalgamating several existing entities into each other, which will decrease the need for
Why the account balances shifted to on line do not match with the system

We attempted to add a custom tax with the French name, but it wouldn't break out the federal 5% and provincial 9.975% components on the bill.
Is there a way to email invoices to customers with a link for online payments (interac or credit card)? Will this be possible in the near future in the Canadian versions?
I have received a lovely email from Intuit QB advising we are in compliance with the FINTRAC requirements to proceed with QB Payments and Payroll. Only problem is we have ten entities (companies) under the email address within our practice that received the email. Anyone know how I figure out which company / entity in our practice that they are referring to as we submitted info on more than one company. Help!

I have 6 to 7 recurring transactions in QBO. In QB Desktop those transactions automatically populated on the date. I had 1 yesterday that did not populate. Is there something that I need to do to make these automatic? Seems odd that if the date matches they would not automatically go.
Is there a way to automatically set an expiration date when creating a estimate in QuickBooks Online? For example, I want the expiration date to be +30 days from the creation date. Currently, when I create a estimate, the expiration date field is blank, and I have to enter the date manually each time.

Is there a way we can track GST and have it show up on the GST report but, have the entire amount coded to the expense account? We are not required to claim ITCs and need the entire expense in the expense account but, would like to track the GST portion in the GST reports.
