After running the last payroll of the month, I want to access the PD7 form to make my remittance to the government. So far I can only find it once the month is over. We pay with a manual cheque, not through QuickBooks, and need ample time to have payment in government hands before deadline.

Howdy, We're trying to make it so MPN field is searchable when you create an invoice. Is this possible? Currently only the ITEM COLUMN is searchable. All of our items have Manufacturer's Part Number filled, outHow can we make the MPN column searchable on the INVOICE? Please let me know,Paul
Ever since the last QB Desktop (Premier Accountant Edition, on Windows 11) update, almost all of my Memorized Reports across all of my company files are messed up: They are excluding columns that should be included and including columns that I've never used. As far as I can tell, my Report Filters are still set correctly - however I can't tell for sure without double-checking every line, so functionally these reports are unusable and have to be remade entirely from scratch. For example, my T4A Detail report is now:- INCLUDING the following fields in error (I don't want these): Filed Date; Billing Status, Tax Line, Name Phone #, Name Fax #, Name E-Mail*.- EXCLUDING the following fields in error (they used to be included): Box 048 Amount, Account, Amount Paid, Sales Tax Paid, Name Street1, Name Street 2, Name City, Name Province, Name Postal Code- showing two weird narrow empty columns with no header title that I can't get rid of?? *Name E-Mail is not actually visible when view
Hello,So i have an employee who wants to donate a portion of their paycheck to charity.How can i deduct this from their paycheck and remit it to the charity of their choice.This is just one employee and how do i make show it gets recorded into their T4.Would this show up on the financial statements? Thanks
My subtotal is missing from the invoice in Quickbooks Online. It was printing fine and today it is not there.
Did anyone else just receive a notification of a close to 50% price increase on their Quickbooks software? Needless to say I'm floored!
I have not changed my QBO plan. My last increase was in October 2024 and it increased a modest 4%. Now, in May (six months later), it increased again by 35%. This seems excessive, particularly since I do not see any of these so called "enhancements".

My printer or download invoices are not showing detail payments. After receiving partial payment from customer I can only see the balance amount when I try to print or download the invoice.From my view, I see the subtotal, payments, discounts etc. I can even see all the information when I go to edit the invoice format but not when I go back to send it to the customer all the information is hidden. They can only see the balance due.I called an agent and after 45 minutes of clicking back and forth the same buttons she told me the solution would be for the customer to use a calculator to know the subtotal!!! That was the most absurd and upsetting answer. Can someone explain why is this happening and how to fix it?
Hi, I am encountering a problem with Quickbooks Online I've never had until today. Sometimes I need to change the the GST and/or PST on a bill, for example sometimes Quickbooks rounds to a different amount than the vendor is actually charging. Normally I just correct the amount, the invoice total updates, and I save the invoice no problem.As of today, the invoice total doesn't update to reflect the updated GST and/or PST, and it shows an error at the top when you try to save. In the example attachment, QBs thinks PST should be $3.35 but it's actually $3.33, so I update it to $3.33 but the total stays at $53.58 instead of updating to $53.56, and then QBs refuses to save and shows an error since the transaction is now out of balance. It will do the same thing if I update only GST, or if I update both GST and PST. Unfortunately support wasn't able to find a solution for me so I am curious if anyone else is running into this. With any luck it will solve itself tomorrow
Why do I need approval to send an estimate to a client?
A customer had a credit balance for a long time and is not using it. I am moving that money into a revenue account. The customer opening balance is now showing they have an overdue balance after I posted the journal entry from Accounts Receivable to the Revenue account. I put their name in the JE when posting the Accounts Receivable side. Is this the problem? Can I adjust the customer opening balance to zero?
