With one customer , I am suddenly receiving delivery errors when i attempt to send invoice from the QuickTime app .

Why in the heck cant Intuit find the reason for the sudden crashes on Desktop. This has been going on for years, and their engineers can't figure it out? I happens in 2022, 2023, 2024. And it is not the computer. It is a quickbooks issue, but they cant get it together to figure it out. I scratch my head with these guys.
I have a selected list of expense accounts on my 2023 expense report but not all accounts are included as this is for a sale of business (not all accounts apply.) I am needing to add others that are already created but not sure how to do this?
A payroll liability adjustment was recorded for both the employee and employer cpp on the employer's rrsp contribution paid on behalf of the employee. The payroll liability report is correct and reflected the adjustment/additional cpp. However, I notice that on the employees subsequent paycheques, the year-to-date cpp paid by the employer does not reflect this adjustment. I would appreciate any assistance to correct the ytd amount. Thank you.
I have always created templates for my invoicing (usually carrying forward a copy of a previous version and customizing it to my new needs). For some bizarre reason, the logo now seems to not be carrying forward like it has for the last 10 years. I can see the logo (in the correct location) in the preview screens, and it appears correct in the customer emailed version of the invoice, but just shows up as a blank space when I try to print the invoice for myself. Any advice? I have tried removing and re-adding the jpeg, I have turned my system on and off to ensure updates are saved, I have checked printing options, but nothing appears out of the ordinary.

Hey, I have a capital lease where the HST is calculated on each payment. In this case, do I then charge HST on the interest expense piece of the payment? Just can’t wrap my head around this one. In order to make the payment work I have too, is this correct? Thanks to anyone that can help! Cheers

I don't know how to make a work order... some service industries typically follow a particular flow (in this case I'm referencing general contracting): Create ESTIMATE for prospective client --> prospective client accepts estimate --> WORK ORDER generated --> work completed --> INVOICE sent to client --> get paid --> produce RECIEPT The program is clearly missing a critical function. You have customers who have been begging for the function for the better part of 3 years... And before someone suggests it... No "delayed charge" is not a proper work around. No I will not integrate Jobber or some of the other incredibly pricey app. After a monthly fee for QBO I'm not forking over more money for an integrated app when the one I'm paying for already isn't cheap and SHOULD BE DOING IT. Stand up a scrum team and start implementing some of the most basic yet critical functions your customers have been begging for for years.
If I call quickbooks and give them permission to go into mine will they go in and fix what I ask them?
We recently purchased a few computers but we are leasing to own over 48 month period. I am having trouble balancing the JE for the monthly payments.I have put the original purchase price (total asset amount) into a "Lease Obligations" account. Then each month I have set up a JE to credit the Lease Obligation and Debit the "Computer Asset" Account. Where I am having trouble is balancing the actual payment that will come out of our account. Say it's $50, $50 will be credited to our bank account but I dont know where the debit should go.If I put it back into lease obligations the total Lease will never decrease and if I put it in Computer asset it will double the amount.any help would be apppreciated!

How do I stop QBO (Canada) from automatically selecting and applying credits towards the payments I am recording? This happens both for receiving payments and for recording payments to suppliers. Every time I go to record a payment I have to deselect any credits that might be on the account. This automation is wasting my time; it is incredibly unhelpful as these credits are for specific projects and should only be applied against the invoices pertaining to said projects. Any supplier or client may have multiple projects on the go so it is not a given that the credits are applicable to whatever payment I am recording.
I had to make the Item description field deep enough to accomodate 3 lines of description but it doesn't move (cuts off) if I have 5 lines of description like QB Desktop did??
