when entering a bill, to add the next line we used to use tab - now that takes to the bottom and we have to go back up - is the same for everyone from now on ?
I am trying to connect my banking information to the accounts section. I have entered my banking ID and passcode and it sends me to a page which states I have to put in an OTP or token code but I have not received any in an email or SMS notification. I cannot get past it so I can continue to finish set up my account

I manually uploaded bank transactions. They appear, I've done the reconciliation but at the end of the process it shows a green tick next to quickbooks but a zero balance, why?
Using an iPhone 13 PRO (iOs16.7) on latest version of Quickbooks app. I've reported the bug several times and the crashes still persist. I can edit existing invoices, but once I choose an item from my products/services dropdown, the app instantly closes and all changes are not saved.
This only happens when the batch deposit is net negative. Deposits are from multiple clients but the amounts paid can't be applied to their individual accounts if the net payment is negative (because QBO records the entire transaction as an expense when the net amount is less than $0)
No one answers the phone. Quickbooks voicemail says call back during regular business hours and disconnects. So much for helping the small business.
This is driving me crazy everytime something is improved we have these issues. It makes inputting take forever. I don't want to keep going between tab and my mouse
