I have a customer who wants to have his monthly recurring charges automatically deducted from his bank account and sent via ACH to my company's bank account. Is there a way to do this? I see in the Customer's profile where I can select ACH, but it is asking for a credit card number, and we would like to avoid as many fees on the income as possible.

I have tried few times moving data from Desktop to Online and every time Invoices became Journals. How to fix that problem?
eg under the qb essential plan once you register 5 users is that the limit until you further upgrade? In other words you cant delete one and add another?
