As the master administrator how do i see the users ID and password?
I am a new user to Quickbooks and was informed during the sales process that with Quickbooks Online Advanced I would be able to enter Weekly and Single Activity Timesheets for contractors that I have setup as Vendors. When I go to Time --> Time Entries I only see the option to "Add Time" for employees. I have a couple vendors created but can not figure out how to enter time for them and I don't want to set them up as Employees because they are Contractors. From the help articles, it looks like there should be options for Weekly and Single Activity Time sheets. Any help is appreciated. Thank You
The TSheets app recently started asking for a verification code every time I log in. How can I turn this off? It is ridiculous to have to go to my email and get a code every time I log in.
Anybody having problems logging into QuickBooks Time via the web browsers (Chrome or Firefox). I was told a security change was applied on 11/12/21 that is causing problems for staff login. The only way to resolve is to send a login invite. Unfortunately I'm seeing repeat errors from folks that we sent a login invite a few weeks ago. I reported this issue on 11/17 and was told it would take 14 days to review (and maybe resolve). Has anyone had similar experiences. I'm surprise QuickBooks had not done a global communication to other QuickBooks Time administrators about this problem.
Hello, I have a large amount of "estimates" i need to enter into Quick Books. Can you please advise if you have an API PWR can access? Thank you Joanne [removed]
Why do the guys from my company have to set their location to always be on even when they are not using the Tsheets app? We want to track their location while they are using the app, but they should have the option of allowing location only to be on when in the app. Unfortunately the majority of our guys are finding out that the app is forcing them to always have on location in order for Tsheets to run. Is there an easy fix to this?

how can I make employees only use the time clock and not clock in from their desktop?
How do you find out your Web Connector Password?I loaded QB2021 and my Connection to TSheets is requiring a Password on the File/App Management/Update Web Service.I do not have the 4 character password from the original setup and cannot find where it is.
We have not been able to sync with QuickBooks 2020 since last Friday. I have worked with 3 different people at TSheets and we cannot get this resolved. I was told that several customers began experiencing issues last Friday and that it is a known issue with open investigation. It has been 5 days and we still cannot sync. Is this happening to anyone else?
Yesterday, I could sync TSheets/QB Time from within Quickbooks desktop. Today, after I attempt to "Enter Time=>Sync Quickbooks Time" then enter my login credentials, it comes back with some error. I've spoken with QB Time support three times, and QBD support. No one can help. It's obviously an issue arising from Intuit's TSheets to QB Time transition. If I can't get this resolved I'm switching my entire company to another provider.
I'm looking at using Tsheets to record time for QuickBooks, but it appears to limit timesheets being used by employees on the listed payroll. I have subcontractors that I also want to record their time as well. (The old QB Pro Timer is able to to do this I've still been using that one.) Is it possible to set up Tsheets for vendors/subcontractors to use the system as well?
I want to use Q Books time, but am having a hard time knowing were to start. When I login to my account, there are two companies set up with the same name. Which one do I use and how do I delete the other one. Is there someone on Q Books team that would be willing to help me with this?
Is there a way to change the settings so that only employee first names are seen in Tsheets? Or even use a nickname for TSheets and the employees legal name for Quickbooks payroll?
How do I create multiple projects for the same customer? When I create any project for a customer, they no longer appear on the list and I can't even change the project name. The system seems to be limiting me to one project per customer.
Has anyone else encountered having tsheets change the way they bill you in January and then avoid any communication and cut out the chat feature? This is super unprofessional and I am wondering if anyone else is encountering this? My billing went up 10x and they do not seem to want to solve this issue. I am now looking to move my business away from Intuit.
Using QBOAccountant, when I connect QBOA to TSheets, it connects the client's QBO to my TSheets which interferes with the client's ability to connect their own TSheets account. How can this be prevented?
Hi,Our company has been using TSheets for many months without any major issues. Now many employees (although not ALL) including myself were not able to log into our account. Many long standing employees have an error message saying they have not been sent an invite. To log into the TSheets account the existing password does not seem to work and the system sends a verification code to the email address, but sometimes the screen just blanks out and the attached is visible on the screen. The chat option for tech support doesn't work and the phone number is disconnected. Please advise next steps as we are approaching payroll for a medium sized company and need this resolved asap. When I filter a specific customer in the itemized total time report option, I am presented with the pie charts showing the details by category. When I select the "View Timesheets" option, I am presented with the specific time details supporting the totals. The report is nicely formated and shows only the time for the customer that I filtered on. However, when I select the "Download .pdf" option, the resulting file contains all time details rather than the time details shown on the report. The work around is to download the timesheets as a .csv file, which works but creates a report that then must be cleaned up and reformated so that it is presentable to the customer. I am required to support my invoices with a time sheet and it is unprofessional to provide a timesheet that includes all customers and it is time consuming to have to create a professional looking report when one is already available. My alternative is to list the specific time on the in
Does anyone out there have after hours call in situations with a "Minimum time limit"? ie employees are guaranteed a minimum (Ex.: 1 hour) amount per call in. If so, how do you address it? Do you have to edit each time sheet or is there another way?
This product has been unreliable at Best, and has cost me HUNDREDS of dollars because of problems with your system that has been documented over the phone with you guys and NO ONE has called me at all to rectify that. Now I have a whole new problem where all the sudden most everyone that works for me CANNOT ACCESS TSHEETS.
Hello - why would it be that my approved hours differ from the hours to be exported?
Is it possible to import customers from QuickBooks desktop into TSheets but not export the data to QuickBooks. Employees are not paid using QuickBooks payroll therefore, I cannot turn on that feature.
In TSheets I have some projects that were created in QuickBooks Online then imported, and some that were created directly in TSheets when I was new to the program. Is there an easy way to find out how a project in TSheets was created?
